Вставка
- Опубліковано 12 вер 2024
- Khorkhog is a barbecue dish in Mongolian cuisine. Khorkhog is made by cooking pieces of meat inside a container which also contains hot stones and water and is often also heated from the outside. Thanks to Ganbold's family!

Nargie represents Mongolia in the most powerful way!!!! Thank you Nargie. I love you.
Watching from the Philippines. We wish we could have authentic Mongolian foods here. But for now I'll just enjoy watching your videos and see what we can do. 🇵🇭😊❤
I love Nargie's American/Canadian accent that is so much fun!
Mongolia will be like "Silent Hill" to the vegans...
Seriously. I’m a vegan and I love Mongolian music and the history. I just don’t know how I could reasonably navigate Mongolian society and not come off as some kind of purposefully contrarian jackass.
3:50 Lmao " we also eat wet tables" god i fucking love this guys accent.
I love the way you talk, the way u explaination is so great.. like ur accent too... This video is the most bizzare way to cook.. i don't think i can live there with those temperature ... U all great people so tough!!! Tq for sharing
Swan, you should trust your creator who makes you live anywhere on this planet. it is a matter of time come to you then you are going to be amazed yourself.
I also wonder, where he could pick this interesting accent.

Well I'm a rajbanshi, from north eastern India, but my ancestors are from Manngolia, around 5 hundred years ago we've been Mangolians only. And other 50 subcasts of us are currently living widely in North Eastern India , Nepal, Bangladesh, China and other places. So eager to know more about the mangolian history and culture. Although I find the similarities in our food culture 50-60 percentage! ☺️☺️😍
Hey Nargie:-) Just discovered your channel. Very cool!
I had a Khorkhog when I stayed out in a ger camp in Terelj National Park. It was absolutely delicious! The sheep was killed in front of us in the traditional way, which is quick and seemingly painless.
I also had Khorkhog for the first time in Terelj!
year this is so tasty
thanks for viziting mongolia
good luck
I love watching this series, it makes me feel like going on a fun trip! Nargie is really fun and warm, plus that guy with guitar, we always have that one guy playing guitar on a trip lol

Great way of protecting your limited wood pile. The stones are a resource multiplier.
You guys are make me hungry at 4:30am. It look very testy... Thank you Nargie to show us those super tasty recipes from Mongolian kitchen...
Love your videos. Such a great insight into Mongolian food and culture
Hank you Nargie for interpreting the Mongolian Culture to us !
For someone who is from the land of spices (india), i find it very strange that they dont use any spices other than salt........ A new insight on food....... Great going......
Well, Mongolia is pretty harsh country - cold, with a lot of open steppes on high altitudes. There's no way to grow any exotic spices and even today import is quite limited so traditional food is mild. But what Mongolian cuisine lacks in spiciness it's compensating with freshness and wholesomeness. It's hearty food ideal for weather they have there.

after watching all these mouth watering dishes now i want to visit mongolia, just to taste the food there
One of my dream destination
Love from the Land of the Nagas.
Just wondering why use the stones when you add water and place it on top of a fire? Is it for taste?
Ger Vang yes. It gives it a very different unique taste
it is used like a grill . little bit burned taste
The hot stones inside stick to the meat & grill them and fry/burn them with the oil coming out from them. Even though it looks like they are boiling it, it will taste like a grilled bbq meat with a rich salty soup
the dog is so cuteeee
Mongolian food looks so healthy and fresh ' yummy !

Can any one advise how I can take a trip to mangolia to experience traditional food and culture. I’m from London.
M S hey there. you can book a trip on tourist company like Juulchin you can find their page on facebook. it may cost a lot but if you are looking for more adventure and more fun and traditional mongolian cuisine you should get out there by yourself, book a car with a guide/translator and visit countryside you can find the best traditional food/cuisine in countryside here and in the country side you would see different kind of culture and beatiful lands, mountains and nature etc.
keep the good work nargie and with your friends too, Khan's and Chef Rider's
Beautiful song lol I don understand but I love it u guys r amazing love ❤️
Nargie thank you for introducing us the culture, tradition, cuisine, people of Mongolia. An amazing thing which outsiders like me were unaware.
Just one thing, all food there mostly seems boiled meat n milk products. Isn't it repetitive?
ARTGER, I would definitely like to meet you one day and have a great adeventure!
Thurman Sherman welcome! Just let us know, we would love to meet you in here Mongolia!
Every single video makes me hungry even after I ate.
Food vlog with an element of music in it 👍🏻👍🏻 learnt few new things ✌🏻 great video by the way!
I always wonder what’s the point of adding the hot rocks. It appears to me that the mutton was cooked with the boiling not with the rocks.
to cook faster and to add rock taste
if u try this dish u will understand the point;)
Nargie..... Dude you are the meat and potatoes. In other words brother you are the bomb.
