    I have the complete stage 2 kit 08 vette A6 Indy 500 pace car black 13k total miles and I love this cam / she is a little mushy down low or keep it in Perfomance mode but man when it wakes up feels like a small turbo 😂 love it ! All supporting mods as well

      Nice! It is awesome when the car comes alive from a cam

    My 2015 Camaro SS 1LE is at 418 rwhp, 416 torque with just a CAI and TSP long tubes. I'm considering the TSP Stage 2 cam, but would expect at least 35-45 hp gain. My tuner did a dyno/street/dyno tune, so it's dialed in just right.

    • @DillardTuned
      @DillardTuned  2 роки тому

      It would definitely add that. His dyno definitely reads higher than ours but I would assume you'd see close to 460-470 to the tire after retune

      Youd get a little more than that maybe like 65-70ish more horsepower and like 30-40 more tq... rear wheel of course.

      @@DillardTuned I should add I got 475hp/459tq off a stage 2 tsp on a manual ls3

      Just bought a wrecked 2015 Camaro SS 1LE that had CAI and TSP Long Tubes as a donor car for my 2007 Saturn Sky Redline. Hope it wasn't yours.

    If you were to throw 3.91 gears with this cam, would it make up for the slack down low, without losing to much power in the high rpms with the different gears?

    Hey Dillard, I’ve purchased the MPVI3 and been familiarizing my self with the platform. Could you give me an idea or direction of what tables I should be looking at and change accordingly. The car surges when I’m in deceleration and also when I’m partially on the gas to slow down to speed. I’ve already disabled spark smoothing to help a bit. Need your help on drivability standpoint.

      For sure send me the tune file. Jason.dillard1989@gmail.com

    Hey Dillard, I have the same cam in my 2011 ss. I have flowmaster shorty headers with stock cats, and also flowmaster outlaw catback. Im having troubles with my car bucking every time I let my foot of the gas, or giving less than 25% throttle to slow down to match the speed limit. This happens in ranges of 1,550 rpm down to 1,100 rpm. Now when I accelerate throughout these rpm ranges, it accelerates excellent. But if I was going 50mph in 6th or even 5th gear, my car would be bucking if I let off the throttle or try to slow down with less throttle input. I don't want to travel long distances 60 mph in 4th gear above 2,000 rpm. I can't even engine brake around corners anymore unless the rpms are above 1,500. I took it back to my tuner and he said he did the best he could to try and fix it.
    My cam card states: 229/244 .629"/.615" 112 LSA
    I wanna know why I'm not getting as good drivability as you with the same cam spec?

      @@DillardTuned I took it back to my tuner today, and him and someone else took it for a drive to tune it more. They came back and he said he did the best he could. So I asked if he can ride with me. I pointed out what I just told you and he said that’s because of the cam. 🤷🏽‍♂️I don’t understand, the cam is rated for great drivability but right now it’s like bad drivability to me. What could be wrong?

    What do Tsp stage 2 cams put down on an ls3 normally? Looking at this and gpi ss3, just dont want the lowdown loss, but want at least 470whp

    • @DillardTuned
      @DillardTuned  3 роки тому

      It could maybe do that with e85 and some more supporting mods.
