It is a mount you can find on Amazon it came with the rod holder that is on the tray.It is made to fit a float tube if you type in rod holders for float tube you will see a few pop up hope that helps Cheers.
It holds 350lbs with me and the load on it is 260lbs and it floats fine. I only took it out 1 time last year and it worked great, i will be making some vids this year of the tube in the water and will post them Cheers.
