You know Cottontop and Smithworx stay busy and turn out videos. 💩😎 Another great video man👍🏻 I totally get how frustrating it can be helping people with less than desirable respect in return and people running your equipment like a cheap rental. I’ve learned not to do it for man or man’s recognition, but do it for the Highest Power we serve. It seems like I have to remind myself of that way too much sometimes getting frustrated over stuff I know better not to.
I appreciate your generosity. I struggle with giving bids thinking “it won’t take that long” because I want to help out. Then once I’m half way in I’m wishing I would have added a whole lot more on the bid.
I feel for you Rook… working so hard, so tired, and not feeling like you are being rewarded properly is a tough deal…it can be a bitter pill to swallow. Total respect to you Sir, your reward will come. 🙏🙏
Thank you. God is to good to me. When I made this video a couple months ago I was wore out and a little bitter but we have been blessed with so much work. Very thankful for every job. The most important thing I believe is to just learn from each experience to better serve others and your own well being.
@@mthompson3891 truly a good Christian philosophy Rook, sadly all too rare this side of the Atlantic… I am fond of a piece of advice that I was once given, and now use in my mentorship of children on our parish, ‘ you do not make mistakes… you develop learning opportunities’ … all throughout my life I’ve had plenty of such opportunities.😜😜🫣🫣🤝🤝🙏🙏
Another great video I agree and feel your frustration when pricing jobs and then be approached on the initial price adjustment after a contract has been signed
It sounds like possibly some money is being kept in someone's pocket. At least it sounds like the work is pouring in. That is a good problem to have. Carry on.
I’d like to see the schematic for the hydraulic saw. That thing cuts so different than the ones I’ve worked on. I swear it’s not cutting like it should.
theres alot of good info in this video to chew on , my SIL lawn care Co told her she just had some large branches fall from an old oak in her back yard , He could not mow , .she works llives in a different state Her home is only 30 minutes away and I'm in town @ least 3-4 times a week ..so she asks me to stop by and look at it. I'm rural, but on the way in I begin noticing piles of branches and cut chunks in yards everywhere. .. OK , so the city appears to haul the debris. I need to check further into that, Is there a size limit? More research needed. How much will she expect to have to pay to cut the bad/broken limbs out? Or.. how much to cut it into lengths and move it all to the front yard ? How long does she want to look at it in the front yard , because she does'nt want to pay the $$ up front to make it go away. Just my thoughts. This video will help her understand the costs and absolutely worth my time to watch . Thank You !
I have dealt with most of them and each have had good and not so good experiences. Usually it’s just email errors or small mistakes than end up with taking months to get paid is all.

Stick with original price, but don't deal with those who want to haggle.

I am from Mississippi and love your videos! Could you tell us what is the best home insurance to deal with?

Success can be an unmanageable thing at times , congratulations. Are you running your business or is it running you crazy ?
