kashmiri chicken gushtaba is really a speciality of kashmiri cuisine . make with pounded meat in yogurt
ingredients for goshtaba:
boneless chicken (1kg)
black cardamom (12 but only black cardamom seeds) baedaeli ka beech
salt (1tablespoon)
ghee (100gm)
butter (100gm)
one egg (but u have to use only white portion of egg)
ingredients for making yakhni:
curd (1kg, but always use fresh curd) .. zamodoud
ghee (100gm, but u can also use any cooking oil).. ghev
salt as per taste (keep in mind that salt is already added in goshtaba)
green cardamom (12) ... sabz aeli
black cardamom (2) .. baed aeli
Cinnamon stick (1) .. dalchini
Saunf powder (2 teaspoon) ... baidyani
dried mint (2 tablespoon) ... pudina
