- Kashmiri Wazwan is the most popular item in Kashmiri Food. This is the most royal food in Kashmiri cuisine which is prepared and served in Kashmiri Wedding. So we call it Kashmiri Wedding Food.
Mith Maaz, Tabak Maaz, Kabab, Chicken, Rogan Josh, Aab Gosht, Goshtaba, Rista, Korma, Mashroom and Kashmiri Saag these were the item served in this Wazwan.
In this video I tried to capture the entire process of making the Kashmiri Wazwan.

Had the opportunity to have kashmiri food couple of yrs ago through a Kashmiri friend. God knows if it was this exact dish.. On the plater.. By God.. Those meat balls the lamb kebabs the meat the pulav.. I couldn't ever find anything so amazingly delicious ND melting then Kashmiri food. Health to those hands who work so lovingly in the preparation.. I just hope I get to be there someday to refresh my memories again.. God bless nd love from the mountains ❤❤

'Wazwan' in my opinion is so underrated otherwise nothing can compare with this in the entire world. I'm a big fan of it, I have tried a lot of delicacies around the world but nothing like it.
I have been to Kashmir three times yet and discovered most of the known places till end ... and truly saying i feel like to be in a different world when am in kashmir 😊 Nice video ❤️
