Godsworn has a co-op campaign? I'm sold. I REALLY want Silica to be a banger. I love that style of game so much, Command and Conquer Renegade was my jam. I wish they had something other than bland empty desert for maps, but man I want to play. 9 Bit Armies could be good too, the 8-Bit series they did was pretty good. I typed all that but I'm just going to go play C&C Red Alert 2 endlessly. It's the best. Objectively. As always sir, amazing work, keep it up.
Haha yeah the Reddit RTS community said the same thing about C&C. And now that it's on Steam the player count is rising which is crazy for such old games.
I am not a huge fan of the RTS genre, mostly because I am straight up awful at those types of games, but this was still an interesting video to watch. The Terminator entry alongside Silica may still be games I may give a shot despite being bad at it because they do look interesting to me. Great video though :)
Thank you! Yeah I'm terrible too, I'm just always too slow, like my go to is just hiding in my base until I have a massive army and then sending them all out. Never works but it's fun!
Good question, this video was only for RTS games that people can play right now (e.g. first half of 2024). Those two aren't fully playable on Steam just yet.
So you put in C&C wich EA runied all of it by now... but not Dune Spice Wars? I think you missed a really good one there that could need some support... oh but the vid is for 2024 releases... so I guess both fall through there trust me if we had a new good C&C game in 2024 we would all know it XD
This video is only for games that were released in 2024, as some people may have missed these. Have you played any of them yet?
Very interesting seems to be "Terminator Dark Fate", but otherwise nothing beats Starcraft 2 and especially Beyond All Reason.

Thanks for introducing to Godsworn. Hope they can finish strong
I hope so too!
I cant be the only one looking forward to Gates of Pyre? Very similar to SC. I think its going to be the next huge game
Thanks for the heads up here! It's hard to keep track of these. Will try cover it soon hopefully.
@@easilydistractedgames You are welcome, tag me when you do thanks
Godsworn looks quite nice, another one could have been regiments, quite similar to WARNO
Yeah Godsworn is definitely one I'm keeping an eye on.
StarCraft deserve some ranking as well

Nice video. Did you check Gates of Pyre? It should be out soon
Lol I still play 1997s total annihilation with the escalation mod 🎉❤😂
Did you intentionally miss out Battle aces and Gates of Pyre?

@@easilydistractedgames You need a key to play them since they are on playtest atm
Your chapter marks are incorrect. You spent much longer than eight seconds on Ultimate General.
Ah wow, thanks for that! Updated it now.

Yup! There were a few solid titles like Dune, but they missed the cut off for 2024, but I might still include it in a later video.
no age of empires 2/4, mistake!
I mean naturally I wanted to include those, but these are titles that came out this year (2024) only.
