To unlock Harv’s Plaza, you need to unlock Isabel; an Adorable Shitzu, and tell her to want to know the Island’s evals. You need to have at least three stars. There are lots of tutorials here on UA-cam that tell you who to unlock Isabell, and get to at least three stars. Hope this helps!
