Great interconnection between Nicholas and Matt. In reference to anti-doping, it's important to understand that the PTO has completely moved its program to WT. For example, at T100 SF, it was WT which asked ITA to run the operations. Since ITA doesn't have testing on its own, it delegates the testing to another agency (USADA etc...). And ITA tells that agency who (podium etc..) to test, for what (EPO etc...) and how (urine and/or blood). PTO just pays for it. What's disappointing is that PTO has abandoned its original objective (when Charles Adamo was still involved) to create the "best anti-doping system ever", thus weakening the fight against Doping.
