I’ve had this for around 18 months now, first noticing it leaking onto clothing and while I try and leave alone, it sometimes gets slightly tender and the only way to relieve this is to get some out.
Not long before this started I got a nasty kidney infection that was treated late (Nurses missed blood and cells when testing for infection and was only when I had early sepsis that I finally got antibiotics, over a month after blinding agony in kidney area). Since then my kidneys have always been painful, but I haven’t been able too see a doctor since (I’m disabled so getting to them is difficult).
Around that time I also stopped menstruating, after several years of spotting daily (No monthly cycle just spotting and doctors didn’t want too look into it much). I’m now assuming I’ve gone through premature menopause (All stopped when I was 25 ). I had come off contraceptive pill a few months before everything stopped (during constant spotting I tried coming off pill, every type of pill, rod etc, being in pill with no breaks and coming off never made a difference the 5 times I tried it, so I don’t think that was the reason I stopped spotting). I’m honestly hoping it is POV because I don’t want kids and have thrown enough money into sanitary products for 10 women’s lifetimes, after nearly 5 years of needing them every day! I have also suffered from hot flushes for several years, which are thankfully happening less frequently now, but I’m not sure if that is hormonal or if it is the neurological/autoimmune problems!
I’m wondering if the kidney problems, galactorrhea and complete stop in menstrual cycle so young could be connected and if so, is it something I should worry about, or can I leave it and just ask about these issues next time I see a doctor about something else?
As I said I’m disabled and struggle to get out, so if there’s a good chance it’s nothing major, I will wait until something that needs treatment and book a long appointment to cover all these issues!
I don’t fit any of your categories expect hormonal changes, I always wear loose clothing, rarely wear bras (Only the rare time I’m in public), due too skin being overly sensitive too seams, I’m not too stressed, don’t over stimulate etc.
Hi, as you would have already noticed, all you are experiencing requires a physical check up and complete investigation/tests to come to a diagnosis.
So, I advise you try and get help so you can get a complete, physical evaluation.

I have been having gallactorea on and off for about 1-2 years, my doctor said I don't have high prolactin levels, but still have milky discharge very often. Any advice would be appreciated on how to treat this problem.
The doctor should be able to tell you based on what he observed from examining you and the tests he did.

Hi Doctor. I gave birth last 2016. After giving birth i dont have any period. Almost 4 years that im having milk in the breast even i only breast milk for 1month only. I dont have period at all. I went for a check up and they gave me 1month medication last Jan. 2019. Feb 2019 my period already have. But April 2019 up to now Nov 2019 i havent have period again. Now i still have breast discharge as i believe its a milk coz my last check up my hormones is not good. Thats why im having milk production. Should i worry Doc?

Sorrydoctor i forgot to tell you...i had a heave and lumpy breast half of the lump has reduced after i began to eat cruciferous vegetables and fruits and ginger and lemon teas and turmeric tea. The nipple had got crooked but i am applying extra virgin olive oil on it. Its doing wonders; it is regain the natural colour of my nipple and areola. For how many more days will i have to apply it?! And my benign breast fibroid has shrunk from one side. It obly oozes discharge when i am so much stressed
