Probiotics are extremely important to take, especially if you are taking an antibiotic. A shower a day is good also. It's difficult to find mild soaps. Everything on the market has a lot of cologne in it. I found that Dove Sensitive Skin is a good one.

Don't use any wash product. Use plain water. Don't use salted water.
Just use water. And just wash the outside (the lips); you don't have to go inside.
