    im a football player in high school and im trying to cut fat by lowering refined carbs,fats,and sugars.any tips?

      In order to cut fat you need to be in a calorie deficit (ie eating less calories then you burn). So basically just eat less then you would burn and you will lose fat.

    Hear me out people, try rice cakes and peanut butter post workout. Probably one of the cleanest/sexiest snacks in the game. Easy calories on a surplus, combine that with a banana or two for the carbs and sugar to regen the glycogen stores and your good to go.
