Nice test! I like Vox units sounds! As good as that kind of machine can be. I did couple of gigs with Vox ad50vt. It has at least Celestion speaker. Works fine. Not real tube amp but still..
Definitely worth buying this days. I decided to sale all my pedals and bought this unit which is very easy to use. I have Zoom g5n previously and don't like it.
Bro you have it? I have this unit but i feel the eq range is not so efficient... i compare.with a boss gt 100 and the boss sounds better on cleans just becouse more eq options.. its too crazy add an eq pedal before or after the tonelab le to get cleans bright, bass and mid powerfulls like the boss gt 100? I have a fender stratocaster player series, very high definition in bass mid and trebll, but the tonelab not....😢

thanks for the review. thinking about investing in the LE. value you opinion. have you compared this to the older SE? does it have a way to input/play backing tracks from a mobile device/computer so you can play along? sorry, kinda of a beginner...so any basic info would be helpful. thanks.
No these units don't have anything like that but they did have many in an trs Jack's sh you could run an mp4 into it or whatever but you are better just running into an amp or maybe head phones.
Tu Zachary I guess it was Boutique clean model. Keep in mind that It’s important what type of AMP/LINE option do You Use. I used Line2 with highs taken down to almost max
Another prove that you don't need a 1500 dollars multi effects and a 4000 dollars guitar to get an awesome tone.....just understand and know what you have...the rest is what you can do with it......
These vox units always sounded good ! The new units and new guitars are just phenomenal though and it's not the cheapest but it's so fun and sounds better ! $4,000 more better, ii don't know but it surely does sound a bit better ?!?!? But I'm just as happy playing with a Epiphone Les Paul standard into a little Marshall DSL 1 watt head as I am playing the big 100 watt Marshall half stack with the big $2,000 pedal board and a Hamer flying V, either way I'm happy as heck to be playing anything really!
have you compared Vox Tonelab LE with EX online? Is there a sound difference in high gain amplifiers? Does Tonelab EX sound better online than Vox Tonelab LE?
@@fensterputzernuernbergThanks! I play Left into a marshall 900 slx 100 watt on top of a 1x15" and Right into a Crate Powerblock 150 with a 12" Fender speaker. Practice with 2 Crates. I use stereo delay but I keep a mono delay on the Right to add slap back and space.
I got the rp 360xp and Gt1 processor along with vox vt20x...The 360 is not for me. The Gt1 kicks ass. And the lil solid state amp vox is killer. The lil valve actually pushes some believable good tones.
@Klaus Ebner I have to agree about the high gain amps sounded like blanket over the speakers put my Vox tonelable away and bought a Zoom g5 which I don't look back but just on fluke on UA-cam seen a guy using the Vox 212 cab sim instead of the 412 cab sims sounded great ! @@fachryhamdhani5086 hard to say... At the time I don't own VOX anymore, but as far as I can remember the tones were pretty good. On the other hand the technology went far more these days, and I wouldn't be surprised if a cheap modeler from today's market would be similar or even better... This VOX can sound good, but it's not so versatile as Line6 Pod Go, for example... Playing Line6 you can hear that gear is next generation of modelers, it's significantly better. But its more expensive also... Hard to say. If you can buy this VOX in a good price, maybe it's a good choice. Otherwise I would try Pod Go, or something like NUX...

unfortunetelly I have not...:/

Stereo. I wonder how to add stereo to EVERY FX, such as a stereo reverb?
I guess it happens automatically. Some effects are stereo, some not
Or get an AB box and use 2 amps.. that sounds even better . ( U2 ´s Edge for example )

@Klaus Ebner Have you compared TLle with the TLex?
Are you using balanced or unbalanced cables, for tonelab to sound card
Unbalanced
this is not about the gear but about your finger.
do you use the phone output, or LR?
main outputs
I'm still using my Tonelab LE as my main bedroom type effects. It still delivers and no reason to buy something new.
For sure i got this machine too and it sounds great
can you make direct recording with le? cuz it doesnt have usb output so i am confused
yes, if you just plug it in to the input of your soundcard
