Castor oil aur coconut oil mix krke oiling kre accha shampoo use kre
Atleast week me ek bar hair mask jroor lgaye aur koi accha sa toner regular use kre ( rice water toner, aloevera toner)

Pls cut your hair into short and long with your hair tips, if your tips is really useful than definitely your hair long in few months.
Did that already many times. But just to prove that, I am not going to cut my hair. As I love my long hairs. Also, I have Never forced anyone to use these tips. It's totally your choice 🤷♀️
