How are you doing with it. Being a few months have they checked yet to make sure it’s staying gone or things inside your head moved in correctly… and how’s the cut looking is it hard to keep up with wish you a speedy recovery and great new health
@@Scybertine It looks fabulous! I took eight inches off, all in one go too. It has so much movement now, I am thrilled with the result! Thank you so much!
I’m going to do my hair tomorrow I just don’t trust anyone cutting my hair since my husband. I’m thrilled at your cutting style especially since I need to keep my bangs
Good for you, I am just behind you at 65 and love doing 1930s and 40s hairdos as well as having my day to day hair looking OK when I'm not curling it. It's nice to see more mature people who still care about their appearance. I am sure you will slay with your new wolfcut!
I have curly hair and never trust anyone to touch it, but I've been wanting this style ever since before it was a "trend". Did you cut it dry? Did you have to straighten it or was it easy to do while dry and curly?
@@Chaotic_neutral4795cut your hair how you normally wear it. I did his original method on my hair which is wavy and did not straighten it, looked super good. I always cut my hair dry without straightening because if I straighten it or wet it, it will look uneven when I wear it like normal
I'm trying to get brave enough to try this on myself. Paid lots at a salon when I asked for a wolf cut, and she said she would do it (I even showed her a photo and she said it would look great on me), but after she sliced 12 inches off my hair I walked out with a shoulder length Bob.😢 No wonder I hate going to hairdressers!
Same. I've never gotten even close to anything I've asked for. Have never come home happy. Been doing my own hair for almost a decade and it always ends up exactly how I imagined....
Last time I went to and hair dresser was 5 years ago. I asked for a wolf cut and she cut all the lenght. She wasn't able to cut the fringe. She cut it too short (at the half of my forehead. I cried for a week every time I looked myself in a mirror. Now I'm happy cutting my hair by myself and even if something goes wrong sometimes at least I didn't paid for it. 😂
I've just cut A LOT off of my hair using your method and it looks absolutely fantastic! I've only ever dared cut my fringe before so this was a big job and I was cacking myself the whole way through but I thought "trust the process" and it has turned out better then I had hoped! Thank you so much for teaching me, you've saved me 80€ I didn't have!! 💜
I went through so many emotions while doing this, i thought i hated it at first but after washing my hair it came out really great! Had a bit of an epiphany when i realised just how well a short in the front long in the back hairstyle suits my face when I’ve been doing everything but that my entire life :,)
OML I JUST CHOPPED ALL MY LONG , ANNOYING HAIR AND I'VE NEVER BEEN THIS HAPPIER. AT FIRST I WAS PRETTY SCARED BUT TRUST ME THE END RESULT IS ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS. I DID CURTAIN BANGS INSTEAD OF ACTUAL BANGS AND MADE THEM SLOWLY DISAPPEAR IN MY LAYERS AND IT LOOKS SO FREAKING PRETTYYYYYY. A BIG THANK YOU FOR THE TUTORIAL ✨🖤
Beautiful cut! 👏👏👏 As a hairdresser who cuts her own hair, albeit layer by layer, I think the way you explain things in simple terms, makes you a great teacher! If I may suggest one tiny thing.. it might be easier for the viewers to see the layers on a blonde wig. 😉
I used your wolf cut on my daughter, for over a year now. The original one, I think it’s the 5 minute one, and she won’t have it cut any other way. She loved it. Even when we just do a little trim. Thank you for your content.
I've just followed your method on my crazy curly hair that was only shoulder length when dry, and I am living the rock chick dream right now!!!!!!! I have to be careful with layers cause I can turn myself into a granny in seconds if I'm not careful, so this is just ace!!!! Thanks fella, this is genius!!!! 😊😊😊
I don’t know how you did it, but you did! I haven’t had bangs in over 30 yrs because when I was 18 a stylist cut my bangs so short that I was traumatized! Now that I’m in my late 40’s I definitely needed a new look and this came out perfectly! I can’t wait to go out tomorrow and show off my new and forever cut! Thank you so much for you guidance! I feel amazing!
Thank you for demystifiying the wolf cut! I have *a lot* of wavy/curly hair and I've always been nervous to cut my own, but your tutorials - and yours alone out of all the tutorials I've watched - gave me the confidence to for the first time in my life at 39 cut my own hair. And it turned out GREAT! Better than at the salon! Thank you so so much Paul!
I just want to thank you so much! I'm disabled, homebound, and cannot go out to a hairdresser (have been for all of my adult life). It was 3am and I had some very rare spunky energy, and took the scissors to my hair but almost cried bc I'm so out of practice- not only with the sheers, but also with my hair courage. Your tutorial gave me the boost of confidence I needed, and my favorite part was it didn't take ages to get it right. When I took my hair down, I felt SO GOOD!!! Not only beautiful but proud of myself too. You are an angel!!! 🤍🪽 TYSM
I just wanted to thank you for your tutorials and excellent explanation of these cuts! I have an autistic kiddo and salons are an overwhelming experience of sound, new people, talking eye contact and just everything that can cause a huge meltdown. As kiddo is getting older and likes more trendy hairstyles, this helps us more than you know!
I did this last night using your tutorial and I didn’t lose a ton of length on my hair but I’ve got great shape now. I think you’re my favorite wolf cut tutorial now.
MR PAUL!!!!! I absolutely LOVE ❤❤❤ THIS!!! My hair is silver (I'm 70yo) and almost to my waist...I had my 7th Spine Surgery 20 months ago. PT, OT, etc. BUT, this video from you literally changed my life INSTANTLY!!! I can't say THANK YOU ENOUGH!
Fifty years ago I had my hair cut in a ponytail shag and have tried to replicate it by pulling all my hair up in one ponytail and cut it myself. Never could quite get it like I wanted but I tried this and I not only love how it looks but it's so easy! It's perfect...thank you😊
@loganlinda344 Was it in a Glamour or Seventeen magazine? In the mid-70s I did the same. Long rear end length to bra length! Never went back to a 'tame' look since😊.
I’m going for it ! ! I’ll update ya on how I made out . I’m a licensed cosmo, but I cut my own hair . So 🤷🏼♀️ here we go ! UPDATED! I did it , and I love it . Didn’t lose any length and got tons of volume . This would be amazing for curly and wavy hair .
What about fine and thinner hair? This is the exact cut I've been pining for, ever since I saw this one pic of Patti Smith from the 70s. I've been too scared to try it with my fine, thin, virgin hair though!
Thank you for making this so easy! Its was more like 40 minutes than 4 for me, but I have long fine spiral curls and I don't trust anyone but me with them, lol
Wow..My husband cut my hair on this cutting method of yours ( wolf cut) Mr, Paul Watts, and the result is amazing ,I love it... Thank you Mr.Paul Watts...
Just did this cut on my own hair, must say it turned out great considering I'm not a hairdresser. It took me a while to section off the hair correctly as I didn't want to balls this up, I did end up cutting another two inches off the back bottom pony tail after as I wish I'd been a bit braver on the initial cut, but overall I'm chuffed to bits with all the layers.
I've been cutting my own hair for over 40 years now. I've always wanted that style of cut but could never get it right. Your video will help me fulfill that dream. THANK YOU!
im gonna cut length at a local salon BUT i can't trust them with layers so i'll cut layers at home thank you for this tutorial, i've watched so many videos on how to cut a wolfcut but this one is truly superior 💖
This is actually life changing I just did it to my hair and I’ve never been so happy with a haircut in my life!!!! I’ve wanted a haircut like this for a decade but it never turned out how I wanted it to before!!! I cut 2 more ponytails than in the video to add more layers and the whole thing turned out amazing I am so grateful I found this video THANK YOU SO MUCH
I just stumbled upon this today and did a long layer cut using your method. I don’t think I’ll ever go to a salon for a cut again! Thank you for a great tutorial!
I've had this video in my watch later since it came out last year. This is exactly the look, I've been searching for. I have shoulder length hair with bangs and just did this cut in 10 minutes. I love it! I colored my hair last night too, so I am sporting a whole new style this morning. Thanks for the informative video. I have moved recently and the prices for a cut and color in my new area were over two hundred dollars. So in less than a half an hour, of watching and then performing the task, I saved money and got exactly what I wanted.
Genius technique! This is EXACTLY what I've been looking for - I love short layers & texture on my long hair, but never knew how to do it myself & can't afford the salon anymore unfortunately. Looking forward to trying this myself! Thank you for sharing!
I have been cutting my own hair for about 12 years because no one can get it right. I have some pattern thinning around the front of my head and I'm wondering if this cut will add thickness and volume without sacrificing the length. I'm going to give it a shot and do some before and afters if you're interested in seeing them.
This is the absolute PERFECT CUT for me!! Just did this on what my fave hair stylist and friend- may she RIP- referred to as my 'crazy a** head of hair' lol. Pretty sure she was already doing this cut on me without the ponytails for years. I could never get ANYONE to do my hair like she did. She just knew how to cut my hair. She could just feel it. I have been cutting my own hair now for years (off and on since she died), since I got tired of paying people butt loads of money to eff it up. I figured I couldn't do worse, and I was right. I finally got to something I could live with using 4 ponytails, but this! This is even better! I absolutely adore this! I have never gone to school for this, so I don't know any tricks, just basics. But that 'point cut' trick was a giant OMG for me!! It really brings out my waves. Thank you thank you!! I wish I could add pictures it looks so good! 😘
Love the principals of this cut, verbal explanations need a bit of work (constructive criticism)and I would have trimmed the wispy edges off the length a little but I'll definitely use this technique on my clients! ❤
Just did this, took me about 15 minutes tops with the video playing on 75%. It looks *incredible* and is the closest I've got to the best haircut I've ever had (about 20 years ago, didn't even know it was a wolf cut!). Thank you, soooo much ❤
Woo hoo! I had cut about 6” off about a week ago with the butterfly cut, and it was ok, but kinda flat and I wanted more layers. Followed your tutorial (why is parting your own hair so hard?!) and I love it. I cut another 2” off, and I wish my bottom was a little shorter, but I still love it. Lots of layers! The hidden ponytail in the back was what I really needed. My hair is fine, but thick, so that part really needed the additional layers. Thank you so much! ❤
Just finished this long wolf cut as a birthday present to myself & I’m ecstatic 🤩 Went a smidge short on my fringe/bangs but by my birthday next week it’ll be perfect! 🎉 I have long thick different textured in areas but generally a wave/loose curl. Always been charged more for hair services due to the amount of hair no matter the length. After being charged $300-$500 yrs ago & as a single mom, it was painful! So I started cutting my own & banking my salon $ for family trips. However, getting the back to layer nicely vs shelfed has been a challenge. I cut my half moon shaped/2nd hidden pony tail at an angle (short towards front-longer towards back) to combat the shelving, it worked! I’m so sooo happy with it! ❤ THANK YOU PAUL! 🫶🏼
I just finished this cut, and it turned out perfect! I am beyond thankful for you sharing this tutorial. This wolf cut is easy to do at home, even for a novice. Cannot believe how well this works... ponytail haircuts... loving the simplicity! 🫶
Everytime i go to get my haircut, they talk me out of it saying I'll thin it out too much. I had one person do it for me once and i loved it. But she's not around anymore, so I'm totally going to try this out! Thank you so much!😊
I finally just went for it and did it! I have to say it looks absolutely awesome!!! I have been trying to get my hairdresser to do this for years, but I didn’t know what it was called. This is how I used to always have it cut And I absolutely love it! I’m 52 and my hair is kind of beach wavy and very thick. I love how it takes the weight off while allowing me to keep the length!! Forever grateful for this video!!!
My hair is 29 inches long and that’s after cutting it following this tutorial. Goes to show just how customizable this really is. Super helpful and I love that I can cut it myself now quickly and easily. 🙏🏽 Thank you!
I followed these directions to the "t" and I am thrilled with how it turned out. I have longer layers because I have longer hair than the mannequin, and I wasn't trying to chop off my length, so on me, it's more of a flowy, long layered look as opposed to a more choppy wolf cut, but I'm still thrilled. I love it! Subscribed!
I tried this today on my long 2b curly hair (kinda on the thinner side) and I’ve never been so happy with a haircut in my life. I didn’t make it too drastic since it’s always possible to cut off more when you don’t like it and I might trim a little more after I see how my curls deal with the cut after the next washday (iykyk). But so far: I am obsessed!! Did go for a longer curtain bang since curly bangs are a pain in the a*s and it looks so nice and natural
Just tried this technique today and it works perfectly for me!! I've been a fan of the diy ponytail haircut in the past ten years (another traumatized from bad haircuts from bad hairdressers, so I decided to start saving my money and chopping it myself) and today I decided to try this one for more layers. You're a genius. ❤️
THIS IS PURE GOLD! Oh wow! Exactly the cut I get when we could afford it. Thank you so, so much! Paired with Brad Mondo curtain bangs and my hair is perfect ❤ For my thick, wavy hair I had to divide each ponytail in half, "snip" separately, then use as a guide for the other half 👍
My favoritest cut ever. I especially love how Paul explains how to customize it to longer hair. This works so well for my long and very curly hair that needs shorter layers while maintaining some length. Very innovative and you nailed it again Paul! Many thanks!!
I just finished this haircut …… I made perfect parting an placement of the ponies…… I absolutely love 💕 it this is my go to haircut … thank you so much for this video much appreciated hugs from NY. 🤗
I cut my hair today using your tutorial and it looks AMAZING!! thank you so much!!! You were easy to follow and the results are exactly what I've been looking for. I really appreciate it🙏🥳
Im 65. I had poker straight butt length hair. Its super fine, like baby silk, but ive got TONS of hair. Ive had horrendous hair salon experiences, so i just gave up and let it grow, and trim it myself for YEARS. I saw your cub cut video, and did it. I love it. I need to point cut it a bit around my face and the sides - but its FABULOUS. My boyfriend said this morning i look 30 years younger! 😂❤🎉
Followed this tutorial to do my daughter's hair, it came out dope af! So good that her friend has asked me to do hers exactly the same(: love watching your videos for inspo ❤❤
Im gonna have to wash my hair but ive fully ruined it 🥹 I'm back HAVE FAITH I cut it dry and greasy and it looked so bad. I've washed my hair and now it's dry it's brought out my natural curl pattern!! I'm so happy thank you for the video ❤ I already had a heavy full fringe so I did the secondary ponytail in sections taking side bits out with every cut gradually getting shorter and it helped blend it in amazingly! Thank you so much for this video 👌🙏
I DID IT!! After a large cup of coffee and a whole lot of contemplating!! I DID IT!! I followed Pauls instruction and focused on every detail and I was able to achieve a good result!! without redoing it!! it took me an hour to finish cutting my own hair. it was hard cause my hair is below shoulder length and I was having a hard time cutting the back pony cause I have to point it at the ceiling while cutting it. I'm a short girl with a long hair. imagine the how tiring it was to keep my hands up and making sure I was holding my hair as steadily as i could for a long time. but wolf hair cut was a success!!! I'm dyeing my hair now 😊🥰 I'm so happy 🥰🥰
I did this and it worked out perfectly! finally got my hair like ive wanted to for the past 2 years! the only hard part was sectioning by myself on top of my head trying to get it straight xd but worked out in the end. highly recommend people to just do it if they want to! I didnt cut as much as in the video as my hair was longer and i wanted to keep a lot of my lenght. this ponytail way is very good and safe as you have a lot of control on how you want it and customize! I did curtain bangs from brad mondos video for the bangs. :)
First of all I like this video, well explained and step-by-step! 👍 I was quite curious and did it - in the middle of the night! 😂 My hair is really very long, so I shortened only about 2 inches and the hidden ponys little more about 1 inch - and it looks so GREAT - without styling there's a soft and curly shape! 🥳 Next time I'll dare to shorten even more. 😊 Greetings from Austria and thanks for sharing this video! ❤
I didn't even tried it yet but it was so clear, so well explained, and the "you cut when you come back" thing, oh my god I never thought about it I always did it the wrong way around 😅
Yup, I look like a superstar now!. Thanks, I have long, super high-density silver lustrous hair and loved having the hidden ponytails to keep it all under control. It took 2 hrs with my big hair to do it but it was well worth it!
This is my haircut didn't know twas a wolfcut! Great for curly/waves! Grows out amazingly too, best cut ive ever had Great for styling 1940s styles too! Can do so many faux looks with this style
@@TheMiswalls admittedly I do not cut my hair I leave it to my trained friend or I'd butcher it, I'm sure. Tho I used half a can of spray to keep it up, but I love reinventing old styles!
I've always just played around and eyeballed my hair when I cut it. I never let someone else cut my hair. It always took me so long to finish each hair cut though because I didn't really have a specific technique or guide to it. I'm a visual artist so I just look, imagine, and snip! But I'm about to try this method because if it's really that easy to get the look I'm looking for, I could be saving a lot of time. Thanks for being awesome. You're very straight forward and you explain things so simply, it just makes it so much easier to follow along and understand, which makes it less scary when you go to make that first cut. I'm inspired. Thank you
This is the same haircut young people mostly had in the 1980's. Lol "fashion" just goes around and around. Your video makes it easy to cut this at home. Thanks.
I love it! Cut my own hair and it looked amazing, now my fine hair looks like it has volume. Thanks a million!! so easy to follow through, you are amazing!
Wow! I was searching something totally different to do to my hair and you popped up and I'm so happy I landed on your video! Outstanding job! I love when people like yourself make videos quick, easy and fun!! A+ for you😁 I'm definitely doing this! Well let's just say I'm definitely going to try!! Thank you Mr Miyagi 😜
I love this cut! I went to my salon, that I've been using several years & asked for this type of cut & came out with a VERY SHORT SHAG. I didn't have any cuts for about a year & my hair was below my shoulders. I'm now in the same place & I'm afraid to go anywhere & get a decent haircut. I even saved videos & showed them to my hair dresser... I guess I'll just keep my hair in ponytails for a while longer... 😔I wish I could head to YOUR shop...
I love this tutorial! Thank you! I can’t afford to go to a hairdresser, my hair hadn’t been cut for 18 months, and I recently tried two other tutorials from other people and I messed up my hair, disappointingly. But today, your tutorial worked perfectly. I have fine hair and this style actually suits me. Thank you so much!!
I wish I could take my head off and swing it around like that! Give it that 'natural fluff ' look all the time! 😂 Great job on the cut. I love it. I think I'll give this a try. 😮😮
Y'all - this method WORKS!!!!! I woke up this morning, saw this video and scoured the comments section. Everyone basically said go for it and they were not lying! I'd say if you're someone who's decent at arts and crafts & can manage a pair of scissors, you can artfully achieve this cut with a little bit of patience. Paul Watts is that guy!!!
Can’t wait to try this technique! I have been doing the pony tail cut in various forms for over 40 years. I have thick curly hair, so still have too much poof on the sides😂 maybe this will do the trick!
Thank you so much!!! It turned out amazing just like the video! You give clear instructions and showed multiple angles. I was able to do a curly wolf cut with bangs on my daughter. Also I love how the mannequin had some texture to it.🥰🤗❤️

😂😂😂 What do you think you get from my videos, that you didn't get from your hairdresser.
I just did this cut on my wife and it came out AWESOME!!! Love how easy you made this.
Mr. Paul Watts, thank you for bringing Rock'n'Roll back to town
I went through so many emotions while doing this, i thought i hated it at first but after washing my hair it came out really great! Had a bit of an epiphany when i realised just how well a short in the front long in the back hairstyle suits my face when I’ve been doing everything but that my entire life :,)
Thank you for saying how the first hair wash went! You completely convinced me to do this!
Cosmetologist for 27 yrs, and WOW! I’m blown away by this method! Kudos
Been wearing this haircut for 15 yrs. Called it a long shag back in day!
Beautiful cut! 👏👏👏
As a hairdresser who cuts her own hair, albeit layer by layer, I think the way you explain things in simple terms, makes you a great teacher!
If I may suggest one tiny thing.. it might be easier for the viewers to see the layers on a blonde wig. 😉
YES THIS!!!
I used your wolf cut on my daughter, for over a year now. The original one, I think it’s the 5 minute one, and she won’t have it cut any other way. She loved it. Even when we just do a little trim.
Thank you for your content.
Amazing to hear!!! Thanks for sharing
Thank you so so much Paul!
just tried this for my younger sister! it looked great until i took her head off to shake the hair out, it doesn’t reattach?
😂
I just want to thank you so much! I'm disabled, homebound, and cannot go out to a hairdresser (have been for all of my adult life). It was 3am and I had some very rare spunky energy, and took the scissors to my hair but almost cried bc I'm so out of practice- not only with the sheers, but also with my hair courage. Your tutorial gave me the boost of confidence I needed, and my favorite part was it didn't take ages to get it right. When I took my hair down, I felt SO GOOD!!! Not only beautiful but proud of myself too.
You are an angel!!! 🤍🪽 TYSM
OMG you helped me fix my hair after the worst haircut of my life 6 months ago. BLESS YOU 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I've been cutting this since the 80s. I still love it! And I'm 65 now. Movement brings warm emotions. Good job brother.
I can't say THANK YOU ENOUGH!
i love you, please don't die. thanks to your tutorial i don't despise my appearance as much anymore. i hope you know you change lives out here!
Fifty years ago I had my hair cut in a ponytail shag and have tried to replicate it by pulling all my hair up in one ponytail and cut it myself. Never could quite get it like I wanted but I tried this and I not only love how it looks but it's so easy! It's perfect...thank you😊
I had an actual professional cut my hair like that 2 years ago 😂
@loganlinda344 Was it in a Glamour or Seventeen magazine? In the mid-70s I did the same. Long rear end length to bra length! Never went back to a 'tame' look since😊.
I’m going for it ! ! I’ll update ya on how I made out . I’m a licensed cosmo, but I cut my own hair . So 🤷🏼♀️ here we go !
UPDATED! I did it , and I love it . Didn’t lose any length and got tons of volume . This would be amazing for curly and wavy hair .
Thank you for the mention being ideal for curly hair as that is my hair. ❤
What about fine and thinner hair? This is the exact cut I've been pining for, ever since I saw this one pic of Patti Smith from the 70s. I've been too scared to try it with my fine, thin, virgin hair though!
thank you for this comment. I have wavy hair and i wasn't sure if this haircut would suit my hair pattern! im on my way to try it 😊
What Annie said about the fine thin hair...?
Just gave myself the perfect cut! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Thank you for making this so easy! Its was more like 40 minutes than 4 for me, but I have long fine spiral curls and I don't trust anyone but me with them, lol
WOW!
Sounds wonderful!! Can you post a pic? 😊. Kim
Did you cut it dry?
Fantastic!! That's the cut I've been wanting for 20 years!!! I don't care what's in or out. I like what I like and I love this!! Thanks so much
Wow..My husband cut my hair on this cutting method of yours ( wolf cut) Mr, Paul Watts, and the result is amazing ,I love it... Thank you Mr.Paul Watts...
Just did this cut on my own hair, must say it turned out great considering I'm not a hairdresser. It took me a while to section off the hair correctly as I didn't want to balls this up, I did end up cutting another two inches off the back bottom pony tail after as I wish I'd been a bit braver on the initial cut, but overall I'm chuffed to bits with all the layers.
so cool
The sectioning always takes most of the time 😂😭
I've been cutting my own hair for over 40 years now. I've always wanted that style of cut but could never get it right. Your video will help me fulfill that dream. THANK YOU!
im gonna cut length at a local salon BUT i can't trust them with layers so i'll cut layers at home
thank you for this tutorial, i've watched so many videos on how to cut a wolfcut but this one is truly superior 💖
thank you
This is actually life changing I just did it to my hair and I’ve never been so happy with a haircut in my life!!!!
PAUL IS OFFICIALLY MY HAIRGOD!!!
Right?!?!
Thank you so much!😊
Good Luck 🍀
Hey thanks for sharing! I’ve got similar hair to yours and this gives me confidence to try this cut! ❤
I just tried this on my own hair and I am OBSESSED! Thank you for this tutorial it was excellent
THIS IS PURE GOLD! Oh wow! Exactly the cut I get when we could afford it. Thank you so, so much! Paired with Brad Mondo curtain bangs and my hair is perfect ❤
For my thick, wavy hair I had to divide each ponytail in half, "snip" separately, then use as a guide for the other half 👍
Can you PLEASE explain the difference between the Wolf cut, the Butterfly cut and the Shag cut??!!! Thanks❤
I’m trying to choose between these cut as well. Great question!
I would like to know these too.
My favoritest cut ever. I especially love how Paul explains how to customize it to longer hair.
This works so well for my long and very curly hair that needs shorter layers while maintaining some length.
Very innovative and you nailed it again Paul!
Many thanks!!
Love it! Just did my first wolf cut, and on myself! Were following this tutorial and I think I’m in love. 😍
Paul, thank you for this one! 😀
I just finished this haircut …… I made perfect parting an placement of the ponies…… I absolutely love 💕 it this is my go to haircut … thank you so much for this video much appreciated hugs from NY. 🤗
this wolf cut looks just like a 70s shag.. I used to wear my hair in a shag when I was a kid.. love this!
I cut my hair today using your tutorial and it looks AMAZING!! thank you so much!!! You were easy to follow and the results are exactly what I've been looking for. I really appreciate it🙏🥳
I never usually leave comments BUT, this cut is perfection!👏👏👏 Honestly...Thank you so much for this tutorial!
I love this cut!! I might try this... I never really get what I want at the salon... so why not!??
Om'gosh this is the cut I've been looking for, thank you thank you thank you. This looks more like the 80s long layer cut, aka long shag cut
Oh my gosh. Best haircut ever for curly hair. My husband cuts my hair and I will never go back!
I'm dyeing my hair now 😊🥰
I'm so happy 🥰🥰
hey can i ask if you cut your hair shorter like in the vid or did you kept its length? because i have long hair too and i don’t want to shorten it
Once you lift it up you can let your arms down as long as you keep your fingers in the same spot
Saved a poor womans hair. My husband followed this guide and pulled it off 👌
I did this and it worked out perfectly! finally got my hair like ive wanted to for the past 2 years! the only hard part was sectioning by myself on top of my head trying to get it straight xd but worked out in the end. highly recommend people to just do it if they want to!
I was quite curious and did it - in the middle of the night! 😂
My hair is really very long, so I shortened only about 2 inches and the hidden ponys little more about 1 inch - and it looks so GREAT - without styling there's a soft and curly shape! 🥳
Next time I'll dare to shorten even more. 😊
Greetings from Austria and thanks for sharing this video!
Grows out amazingly too, best cut ive ever had
Great for styling 1940s styles too! Can do so many faux looks with this style
Thanks for this comment.. I like to do 40s/50s hair but haven't seen anyone do it with this type of cut. Glad to know it's doable
Thank you
I tried it at home. Damn it turned out to be so beautiful
I went to 6 salons and no one would take a walk in went home found this video and did it and its awesome. Thanks guy you got my subscription
This is the same haircut young people mostly had in the 1980's. Lol "fashion" just goes around and around. Your video makes it easy to cut this at home. Thanks.
sure does
Trying this tonight!!! So excited !!!
Just Wow!!! Been doing my own ponytail cuts for 20 yrs ...LOVE this one!! Thank You!!
I love the shake out! And the final result is gorgeous!! Im gonna go for it 🎉
Ah great to hear ah Daniel son 🙏😂
I love this cut! I went to my salon, that I've been using several years & asked for this type of cut & came out with a VERY SHORT SHAG. I didn't have any cuts for about a year & my hair was below my shoulders. I'm now in the same place & I'm afraid to go anywhere & get a decent haircut. I even saved videos & showed them to my hair dresser... I guess I'll just keep my hair in ponytails for a while longer... 😔I wish I could head to YOUR shop...
Super practical, I loved it, thanks for this incredible tutorial, I ask you, is this cut also possible, on curly hair, oh, on wavy hair?
Yes it’s great on curly hair, since curly hair is more “forgiving “ than straight hair. It’ll look great!
Great job on the cut.
Absolutely amazing! I love the simplicity of this cut. Your videos are always quick and to the point. I love that.
Thanks so much!
Magnificent work. I instantly wanting to get this done! Can’t wait. Thank you so much! Clear, concise instructions - WHAT A TALENTED LEGEND! 💇🏻♀️👏🏻👏🏻
Also I love how the mannequin had some texture to it.🥰🤗❤️
OK, as soon as my current hairstyle (also done following your tutorials) grows back out I am so doing this one!! Brilliant hack!❤
This was super helpful for me 🎉
I am almost licensed & this Method was a game changer for my career!!
Thank you so much✰✰✰✰✰
