Great stories Frank has balls of steel to be in that deep with all those ruthless people. Between Siclian Mafia and Cali Cartel even Judge Falcone. Amazing
My aunt and my father were arranged to be married to Gaetano Badalamenti's nephew, his older brother Emanuel's son and daughter. My aunt went through with it, my dad didn't. We originated from Cinisi Sicily. I'm 53 yrs old I had relatives do decades in prison and get deported to Ontario once released from prison. I remember Gaetano as a teenager. He would come to New York and Michigan. He was my aunts uncle through her marriage. Great show by the way and I enjoyed my visit with the mob museum in old Vegas. 🇮🇹 🇺🇸
My grandmother was a Badalamenti, also from Cinisi. My wife is from Detroit. She was a Finazzo, who’s Aunt Josefina married Joe Zerilli. They were all from Terrasini Sicilia. Her uncle Salvatore Finazzo ran the Kronk Gym in Motown. It’s a small world. This cafone who wrote “liars” Beh, può andare a farsi fottere! Vafanculo! Giusto paisano? We are probably distant cousins. Take care! 😅
Frank was the best undercover working during his era. He can really explain what it was like in the Feild working with the zip’s and other mob figures.
Awesome interview Frank. I don't know if you read my comment but my grandpa came from Cinisi Sicily and my Aunt married Gaetano Badalamenti's nephew, and they lived right in Michigan. @@frankpanessa759

'Ndrangheta from Calabria, the Cosa Nostra from Sicily, the Camorra from Campania. the Sacra Corona Unita, the Società foggiana and the Bari crime groups, from Apulia, the Stidda of Sicily and the Sinti crime groups, such as the Casamonica, the Spada and the Fasciani clan from Lazio and there are others groups to list but the Sicilians are the know drug trafficking kings.
My grandfather was good friends with and did a lot of time with Gaetano Baldamentae, he made sure he had everything he needed when he got to the joint.
This guy Frank doesn’t take conversational queues very well…Dutch tried getting him to provide background info such as dates/location etc multiple times…in order to help paint the picture for the audience…& the dude straight up ignores him….again, multiple times. You’d think he might have figured out how to be a better story teller after this long.
Frank is not a spring chicken. He may be a bit too regimented for your taste. You would be sleeping in the fetal position if you did the undercover work he did.
I really enjoyed listening to Mr. Panessa tell his story. Great interview guys,
Thanks
Fascinating, more please, good work
I could listen to Frank all day.....have him on again!
Guys I must say I really enjoyed this talk

Great interview and guest gents. Bravo
This is one of the most amazing stories told!!
Amazing Episode ❤❤
Zip came from how fast the Siggies spoke Sicilian dialect. They would zip right through dialect and translate it to either Italian or English.
I'm glad you let him talk. Interesting stuff.
High on but interruption until now
Great show guys
Great podcast. All the best for Frank from Romania 🇷🇴

Thank you.
I'm surprised his story is not a movie like Donny Brasco

Great Story,i like the other guys dont interup like some do.

Serving Mr Panessa drink and food first was the message to the others at the table that Mr Panessa wasn't a friend of ours, wasn't a made man
They introduced me as a friend of ours.
I had pizza at one of the pizza connection restaurants. We joked that it was a mod run place. It’s too bad it got shut down the pizza was great.
one thing i dont understand is how the hell all those sicilians, many of which i assume had criminal records, could get green cards? fake identities?
THE STING OPERATION IN GERMANY WOW
Just read Banannos book, he made it sound like he was a saint.
Yup the title is ummm bananas!

Giovanni looks and sounds a lot like former FBI Agent Joe Pistone.

The interviewers are terrible constantly butting in and reiterating everything for no reason. Frank has his story down, has for years.
@@halfdayofthejackal9372agree. They interrupt a great talker for no reason than to pretend they got something to say.
@@halfdayofthejackal9372 ikr, "did the cookies taste good?" "did the pizza taste good?" like wtf, who cares
