We already treat it like a medical problem. We have been for years. That doesn't work either. Prison works just fine for these lowlifes. Drugs harm communities. That's a well documented fact.
@Darkstar bullsh!t. Treating addiction as a disease DOES work. I used to have a serious drug habit and through medication and therapy and support from my family and peers I shook the habit completely. Been clean for years and years. Addicts aren't "lowlifes." You get physically ill, sicker than you've ever felt and the worst of it all is you KNOW what you need to cure the sickness. You think too highly of yourself, considering addicts "lowlifes" who belong in prison. You clearly have no experience or knowledge relating to addiction. And don't reply with some story about "my uncle/friend/brother/etc. was an addict and they did bad things and haven't gotten better" because that's not firsthand knowledge and even if you claim you "tried to help" you clearly had no idea what you were doing. There are tons of cheap and even free resources for addicts to utilize to get clean. Addiction is a disease and it CAN be successfully treated and even cured. Addiction is part of mental health treatment for a reason. Mentally ill ppl tend to self medicate and that leads to addiction eventually. Should people with depression or bipolar disorder or schizophrenia be locked away in a cell because they're sick? Unless an addict has committed a serious crime, they are not "lowlife scumbags." Your hostility towards addicts should be placed on the dealers, the government that allows drugs into our streets and into our communities. Addicts are at the bottom of the ladder.

39 Grams for $8000!!! That sure isn’t anything like you can get today, but today you can get a “piece,” 25 grams of Mexican tar for $850 & I’m sure there’s people out there that can get it cheaper. I don’t play in any of that stuff anymore and this is all just stuff that I heard from a friend. 🤣🤣🤣

@@user-pm4zg2mw5b yeah $215 for a G! I did the math too. You know back in the day the used to come up with these enormous weight amount and financial figures that were astronomical conspired to the truth of. It was all just propaganda to fuel their “war on drugs.”
Yeah...none of these numbers add up. I think that undercover was skimming money and lying about the price per gram. 39 g's for over $8000 does not add up at all with the amount they were bringing in (over a billion dollars worth of smack) there's no way in hell they were letting grams go for that high especially if you were buying in bulk! Even though fentanyl is much more prevalent and cheaper to traffic and is stronger than the dope they were getting back then (even if they weren't cutting it) I've been told you can get a key for around $2500 to $3000 or slightly higher for H, much less for a key of fent!
Vlad brought me here what’s good gang!
Man oh man they should have known from the start they where selling to undercover. Lmaoo 215 a gram when buying a kilo?!? Thats way too good to be true lol
I was thinking the same thing. Price was bananas.
Nobody would ever pay that.
It was real raw dope, you can make 20 kilos of fire dope off one kilo.

Interesting the ABC reporter awkwardly holds the 2 'bills' in congruence with the house on the hill he stands in front of. It's subtle, but reminds people who holds the cards. Television is something else I'll tell ya
My god these guys made billions!!!!
This is why Don Corleone never wanted to deal with drugs. :-)
39 Grams for $8000!!! That sure isn’t anything like you can get today, but today you can get a “piece,” 25 grams of Mexican tar for $850 & I’m sure there’s people out there that can get it cheaper.
Although this was probably really pure stuff being back then that you could stomp the hell out of and it came straight from Pakistan/ Afghanistan through the old Silk Road smuggler trails.
I don’t play in any of that stuff anymore and this is all just stuff that I heard from a friend. 🤣🤣🤣
Dude thats what I was saying. Then they gave him a price list and it only broke down to 215 a gram when buying a kilo. Lmao how didn't they realize they where selling to undercovers? Its too good to be true!
Disclaimer: I do not use, sell, or involve myself in drugs in any way, this is alll research for a thesis I'm writing 😉
39 grams $8000 wtf
