As many have mentioned, very well done video... Thank you! So true about not applying too much!! I have been using Perbelle cc for a couple of years and I love it. I find the price reasonable because it lasts me a long time, and I use it daily. I love the color match for my skin, I'm 69 with fair skin and red hair.
Thank you so much for your sweet comment! ❤️ Fair skin and red hair? What a BEAUTY! 😍 (I'm fair, but always wished I had red hair when I was growing up! I watched a lot of Annas of Green Gables, and wanted to look just like her... 🥰) Anyway, so glad to hear you love the Perbelle! It's so wonderful to find *the* foundation that matches us perfectly, and makes us feel good! I'm so glad the Perbelle is that foundation for you! ❤️❤️❤️ Thanks for your comment, and have a beautiful day! 🤗
Nice! I remember when this first appeared on my social media feeds. I laughed because the SPF of 43 was so random.
Thank you! I've been really curious about this one. I loved the review!.
Oh I'm so glad!! Thanks so much Heather! ❤️ I hope you and yours are doing GREAT! 🤗❤️
Very well done video, the best review I’ve seen on Perbelle! Thank you!!!
Thank you so much Denise!! 🤗 I really appreciate it! ❤️ Hope you're having a beautiful day! 🦋
Waiting on your shade adjusting foundation reviews love your reviews honest and to the point
Thanks Loretta! 😘
I have used this for over a year, it is the best foundation, cc cream, I have tried, I'm 75, buy high end makeup, this by far knocks them out of the park! My daughter in law and granddaughter use it also, they love it too!! Covers redness. Age spots all imperfections, add blush, lipstick, eye makeup and ur ready to go😅
Oh I'm SO GLAD to hear you have something you just LOVE Carol! ❤️ That makes me so happy! 🤗 Thanks for sharing it with me!
@@foundationlady Thank you 😊
I love your eyelashes. What type do you use? Love the video. I will follow you.
This product looked wonderful on you! But I might as well use a sunscreen with a white cast for my ghostly pale skin!😉❤
You're too sweet! 🥰 I was just telling Aleigha below, that I definitely wouldn't recommend it for anyone who has a skintone lighter than mine, because as you saw it definitely pulled "peachy" on the underside of my arm! But not to worry! I'll make sure to keep including foundations that work on my fair skinned foundation-friends too! ❤️
This one looks really pretty on you! I haven’t ever heard of it before your review. I typically steer clear of the “ color changing/matching” foundations or CC creams bc they’re always too dark and usually orange on me. And for the price of this one I will probably skip it. Thanks for the review tho! I wouldn’t have ever even known it existed. And Norm is just a handsome doggie! Give him some treats for me ❤️ hugs to you and take care. Keep right on shining my friend! 💗💫✨🌟
I just went to the store and bought him some special treats yesterday (he especially likes "pup-corn!" 🥰) I'll make sure to give him a few from his "auntie!" ❤️ And from our conversations about the shades that work for your lovely fair skin, I would definitely suggest steering clear of this one! I think it would pull very "peach" on you, as it started pulling peach on me, and I think my natural shade is just a touch deeper than yours. ❤️ Have a lovely weekend (stay dry!) it's raining like crazy here! 🤗🦋❤️
@@foundationlady awwww thank you! My doggies love the treats too 😊 I just love Norm ❤️ his personality shines right through! And I think you’re right. It would probably be peach on me. I just figured out that the elf halo glow in the lightest shade oxidizes too much in me grrrr I may still try it under another foundation as a primer. I’d like to make it work somehow. And we are getting the rain also. Blah! Cold too. I did have to drive back from Syracuse today (2+ hr drive north) and luckily it did not start raining until we got home. Thank you God! 🙏 hope you have a great weekend my friend! Tell norm “Auntie” is glad he got his fave treats!
@@aleigha9141 🙏🏻❤ So glad you got home safe before the rain started my friend! 🤗
Not sure how I missed this on the date it posted, but am glad I caught it. In my personal opinion, part of the appeal of some K-Beauty BB/CC creams is the affordable price-point. This product, though very pretty on you, isn't nearly as attractive price-wise. Thanks so much for your awesome review, and for sharing Handsome Norm with your viewers!
Yes yes YES! To the K-Beauty being affordable!! That's one of my favorite aspects too! ❤️❤️❤️ And to it being easy to attain too... for example available at Ulta, or on Amazon.... this was priced too high (IMO) to begin with, and then to have to pay shipping on top?? Definitely won't be repurchasing!
Thanks for the review…helped me a lot it is a little expensive I will wait for your reviews on other shade adjusting brands thanks for the shout out
You're so welcome Loretta! 🤗 I actually can help you out right now... I like that the Perbelle has a high SPF but agree with you completely that the price is a bit high... I know of another product that is (pretty much) a dupe... it doesn't have the high SPF but, it is a color changing option, and of course you can always apply sunscreen before you put it on if you want extra protection. It's by ALMAY and it's called "Smart Shade, My Best Light." and looking online, I see a price of $5.33 at Walmart... $7.49 at Target... up to $11.49... The good thing about it is even though it's "color adjusting," they have different levels of color, so there's a light shade, a medium... etc.which can help you get even closer to your natural shade. So, if you're looking for a less expensive alternative to try out the color changing type foundation first, that might be a good option! ❤️
That’s good to know did you ever review any of them and if you didn’t are you planing to thanks for the info
@@lorettawingrove7682 I've reviewed the Loreal anti redness BB (which is also a "shade adjusting" formula...) if you scroll down in my videos there's one that says "Worth the Hype?" and there's a picture of the green tube... so that might be helpful... I don't know what shade you are, but the L'oreal BB runs deeper than the Perbelle... as far as the ALMAY "My Best Light" it honestly feels almost the exact same as the Perbelle (again the only difference being the SPF 15 versus 43 like the Perbelle has.) I'm hoping to release a "short" video within the next couple of weeks comparing the shade differences between the Perbelle, Loreal, and Almay shades.
@@foundationlady ok I’ll be watching for it…thanks
I love Korean/ Japanese foundation/ SPF products because I’m SO fair, they’re the only ones that match me. Everyone’s favorite tinted SPF, Australian Gold, looks like bronzer on me.
Same here. I looked like a pumpkin with it ( add my dry skin and we completed the nightmare LOLOLOL), I will go for the Missha as soon as I finish my current product.
@@gladhead I didn’t mind the drying so much, even though I have dry skin, because that stuff sticks like no other. Did I look like an Oompa Loompa? Yes. Did it sweat off on my clothes? No. I’ve actually finished two tubes of it. 🤣😂🤣 Are you referring to the Missha Perfect Cover or the Signature (I preferred the Perfect Cover over the Signature, Jenny was opposite)?
I really like the Eborean cc cream. The color is great for my 72 year old face. The only problem is the overwhelming fragrance. I can't wear it very often because the smell can trigger a migraine if I'm not careful.
Hi Joyce! 🤗 I'm so sorry to just be responding! I somehow inadvertently missed your comment. My apologies! ❤️ I've heard wonderful things about the Erborian Line! (I'm hoping to try some of their products out in the new year! ) It's a shame it has such a strong fragrance though, as I know that can really cause problems for many foundation wearers... I really like the Missha BB, and the Wet N' Wild Tinted Hydrator when I'm in the mood to wear something a bit lighter than my usual foundations, and I find that their lack of fragrance (or lack of strong fragrance I should say) is a big draw for me. I hope you are having a wonderful weekend! 🙏🏻 Thank you so much for watching and commenting Joyce! ❤️ 😊
I haven’t even considered Korean base products because they don’t work for extended skin tone shades. I have medium olive skin and it really is hard to find shades that work for me. I tried the Missha BB cream and it was just gray and miserable looking. This one did look very nice on you.
Thanks so much for commenting Ginny! 🤗 I completely understand your hesitancy to try out Korean BB products! I'll try to keep an eye out for a line that matches your skin tone. ❤️ Have a wonderful day!! 🌺
the price is too expensive but I do like the" it" cosmetics. I can return it if the shade is not good on AMAZON and the "fair" seems to work. I noticed however the price went very high so I might look for another alternative. TY for your review. It was very helpful
Thank you so much for your sweet comment! 🤗 I'm a fan of the It Cosmetics CC+ Nude Cream! (and I love that you're able to return your foundation if the shade doesn't work for you. ❤️ Have a wonderful weekend! ☀️
The white product is closer to my ghosty shade. I do not think this one is for me. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Fantastic review! Hi Norm!!!!😍😍😍
Agree! Shade adjusting usually means “too dark” for me.
😂😂😂 I feel ya! These color changing foundations are so hit or miss! 🤗 Thanks for watching! 🥰
Hi lovely Gladys! (love, Norm ❤️)
yesssss! I'm not much of a fan of the "shade adjusting" ones... and I find that they come on the market, and go out almost as quickly, because people get excited that they won't have to go to the trouble of matching a shade.... but in my opinion it's almost harder with these, because they really are just ONE shade the company has selected, and you can't tell how light or deep the shade is going to be until you've bought it and tried it on... Just my humble opinion...but I'm sticking' to it til' one of these companies proves me wrong! 😂
@@ambergerhelper7852 me too. No need to try.
Wow. I never heard of this brand. I just ordered Purito BB from Yesstyle. I used to wear the Missha and loved it but it is a bit heavier coverage than I want now. I’m using either Kosas Revealer Foundation or Honest Beauty Tinted Moisturizer. Not sure the matte finish would work on me.
Hi Carol! 🤗 I LOVE the Kosas Revealer And I've heard WONDERFUL things about Purito (although I have yet to try it!) You've definitely got a great collection of foundations in your stash! ❤️ Thanks so much for watching and commenting! 😊 Have a great weekend!!🌸
I don’t like matt on older skin. I like dewy on me. I’m happy you said it was matt!
I'm so glad I could help! 🤗 Thanks so much for watching and leaving a comment! ❤️ I have lots of reviews on foundations and BB's that aren't as matte. If you need any help, just let me know! Best wishes! 💕
I've never had any luck with those color-adjusting foundations. They usually turn peachy or orangey on me. In theory, they seem like the perfect foundations since you don't have to try to figure out what shade you are. The Perbelle looks perfect on you, however. I can just about imagine how it would look on me. Too many peaches and not enough cream. And it's expensive to boot. Norm is always a joy!!! 💗💗💗💗💗
HAha! I may have to borrow that peaches and cream line from you some time! 😄 That's awesome! ❤️ And I'm with you on the color-changing foundations... they're almost always aimed at medium/light skin tones... unfortunately not very inclusive. 😕 Thanks so much for leaving me another one of your awesome comments! I always look forward to them! 🤗
@@foundationlady Oh, thank you, Jenny! I always look forward to your posts, whether it's a foundation I'm interested in or not. And, of course, the Norm bonuses. The last straw of the color-changing foundations for me was when I fell for a Facebook ad for a stick foundation that look promising. Dumb me, I accidentally ordered TWO of them and couldn't figure out how to delete one. Actually, I consider myself fairly tech savvy, but it really looked like there was no way out. They arrived and I tried one out. At first, I was pleased with the smooth way it blended in, but it had a sickeningly sweet scent that didn't go away, and as the day went on it turned peachier and peachier. I thought it might be OK on days when I was just hanging around the house and didn't want to waste my Tom Ford Traceless Stick Foundation (the King of all stick foundations). But that scent bothered me too much and I never reach for it. I still have the fresh virgin stick I didn't mean to buy. It lies on the bottom of my makeup drawer like Sleeping Beauty waiting for a prince who will never come.
Way too pricey but I have to say u do such a great job on your editing of videos it's EXTREMELY time consuming but really good it's like an infomercial but honest! Never seen your videos but I'm staying tuned it
Thank you so much Rayla! 🤗 That is so kind of you! ❤I'm so very grateful for your encouraging words and support of my videos. I hope you have a wonderful day! 🌺
thanx
Sure thing Janet! 🤗 Have a great weekend! ❤️
Good video. I tried this product and hated it. The smell bothered me. I did not how it felt on my face.
Thanks so much for the feedback Sarah Jane! 🤗 It's definitely an interesting texture (and scent) for sure! I appreciate you sharing your experience of the foundation with me! ❤️
Nice product. Too bad so pricey. Pretty foundation. I’ve never seen this foundation before. I love K- beauty products as well!!
Thanks Pat! 😊 I was definitely excited to try it, but it definitely didn't knock my Missha BB's out of the top spot! (and I agree with you on the cost...just too pricey in my opinion.) Have a lovely Sunday! ☀️❤️
Nice eyebrows
Thank you so much!! ❤🤗💕
I can’t wear sunscreen on my face (everywhere else is fine) My facial skin is sensitive to a lot of additives and chemicals-including fragrance.
This one definitely has both fragrance, and SPF, so I would be cautious of this one, if those two things irritate your skin. 🤗❤️ I hope this helps Marianne! Thanks so much for watching and commenting!! ❤️
Me neither. I wont buy foundations with fragrance or spf.
Can this be purchased on Amazon?
Hi Rae, 🙂 Unfortunately it doesn’t appear to be sold on Amazon (but it looks like a lot of companies are making imitations of it, and giving them similar names…) I think your best bet would be to go directly to the source to make sure sure you’re getting their authentic CC cream. The website is: perbellecosmetics.com
I hope this helps! ❤️💕❤️ Have a great weekend! 🙏🏻
So I take it this wouldnt work for black or chocolate colored skin?
Hi Marianne! 🤗I'm so sorry to say, but I really think it wouldn't. ❤️ Unfortunately a lot of companies make these "one shade fits all," that don't truly fit all... I'm actually getting ready to do a video about them, because, in many cases they fit medium skin tones but those with extra light, or deep skin tones are left out. 😢 I know there is one made by L'Oreal, which I believe has a few shade options within it (i.e. light, medium, dark) but I haven't personally tried that particular one, so I don't want to lead you astray. I'm so sorry I don't have better news about that, but I always want to be honest with my viewers ❤️
Oh this looks beautiful on you, but there's no way this is going to match my paper white face.
You are so sweet! 🤗These "shade adjusting" formulas always seem to turn so peachy! Well, except the L'oreal one... they did a good job of coming up with a neutral shade, but unfortunately it's just too deep of a neutral shade for a lot of us! 😂
