I love your honesty! Thank you!
I really like that on you - looks very professional. As I got older, I stayed away from full coverage foundation as it sits in fine lines and wrinkles.
Me too and I just don't need to work that hard to keep it from creasing. Thanks Sandy!
I just bought it and I love it. I'm 46 with age spots and some acne/dark undereyes :( I use the It Cosmetics CC cream currently. I do like the IT, but it is so oily on my skin. Perbelle was not at all and I love it. It is buildable and beautiful finish. It looks great on you.
Looks great. Every lady that has put this on in a commercial has looked phenomenal. To me, it looks like you have applied makeup.
I love your foundation reviews Bobbie! Thank you!🥰
Oh dear Bobbie these social media foundations are rarely something people seem to love. I can tell you that as someone at the extreme end of the pale skin spectrum, this type of product always looks orange and I think it would look really ashy on very deep skintones. The colour "adjusts" from light to medium tan in reality and does not suit everyone. i've tried a couple with this type of technology and returned them (it was QVC I tried them from ie judith williams and M Assam). They are popular in Mediterranean and Scandinavian countries, because many people there have a more light to medium tan skintone. They most certainly do not suit everyone. This is a very expensive version and they're available from more affordable brands (as mentioned above, plus L'Oreal also has a version in their line). I think you'll have to just make this a "business" expense and write off some tax against it lol. Hopefully the next four foundation reviews will be more successful. Best wishes.
Love all of your content! I trust your insights
I love Perbelle!! It looks great on you. It’s definitely buildable! You can tell that from the first application to the second.
I’ve been using it for some time and love it. It looks like you put quite a lot on. You can always add to for more coverage. I always use a primer as well.
I'm thinking I should buy some and try it... good job and great video... I'm impressed ❤
Looks great!
I think it looked lovely on you! You’re beautiful!
I know you may not like the CC cream, but it actually looks lovely on you, very natural and your skin looks perfect. I didn't notice if you used a primer?
Two coats are great. :) Have you tried using a light moisturizer before use?
Perbelle looks gorgeous! Says on tube to apply liberally.
I love the stuff
I personally love this cc cream. It is better to apply it with your fingers because it works with the heat from your fingers.
It looks really good! Have to use fingers to change color!
I use a primer 1st
Agree Bobbie not a total train wreck. You blended it well. I just thought the color looked too light. I'm quite olive, even more in the summer. I'd be afraid to try it. I've never heard of this probably cause I'm not on instagram.
I am so glad you tries this for us. I see the ad constantly on facebook. Have you tried Phoera foundation? They also have a cream blush. I do enjoy both but wonder what you think of them. I am 58 and have had relatively good skin most of my life but the last few years have started getting “precious” texture that I am not a fan of. Would be interested to see what you think of it.
I've tried Phoera foundation and that's full coverage - for you, it might work really well - their shades are perfect. For someone like me, it didn't work - sat in my fine lines and wrinkles!
I love love love mine, I’m 75 and it looks great
Little bugs lol, love it
Returned mine. Gave me a mask like appearance both with & without moisturizer.
Oh I love these reviews. It seemed like it brought out texture & looked drying.
Thank you so much for being here !
It did indeed Lena! Sooo NOT worth the money!
I had to stop and comment...thanks for the LOL moment at 2:37!!!
🤗
What is the name of the L'Oréal product that is similar.
Sticky and ghosty-finish. Hmm! Not for me! But I sure do appreciate the demonstration! Thanks for your energy and ever-upbeat presentation today!
It looked great on you! Brush side was more blended looked better. Until you added another cosmetic over it. I’ve tried it but I didn’t use as much product. You Looked Marvelous! 4:54 9/21/23
Love your glasses!! Where did you get them? Thanks! Great video.
They are from Peepers! Thank you!
@@MindfulMidlife awesome, thank you!! I have a couple of pairs of peepers already. Yours are just fabulous! 😊
No one looks that close at your face makeup! Ive used it and never had probs no powder but used bronzer. I dont tan and its amazing! I have combo skin.
Haha use it does wonders for your skin u need it great crème
Maybe people with oily skin really do well with it?
Looks good but one coat is more than enough for me!
I just bought this and to be honest I am not a fan I have pores and when I put it on you can see white spots and I think it’s a little sticky
I fell for that Perbelle last year. It sucks!! Same as you, I could see white in my pores. Now I'm stuck with it!
Ugh! I feel your pain! I think it may be good for those who have very pale skin - the white dots won't show????
Yep, same thing happened to me😠
Find someone to give it to! You shouldn't feel stuck with any product! Or maybe you return it?
@@MyCleverHandle after the time you use it to see if it works....it's too late to return it! I got it during Covid! Why would I give a used product to someone during that time??
You have to start with a small amount. I've been using Perbelle for about 3 months and I love it. It does take a little at a time. Hope you give it another chance.
You are wonderfully weird Bobbi and now I can't watch you apply this product with fingers, sponge, or brush without hearing that crazy voice creature you picture! Lol
We all have mites on are face....grosses me out to think about it.
You're wrong! Put moisturizer on first then perbelle.
So much for just a dab, wow.
Maybe an exfoliation should be used before testing out the product 🤔
You’re just so cute and sweet and funny.
It’s very drying!
I ordered it so I guess I’ll give it a try. I watched all these reviews but I’m really tired of foundation that just lays in my creases and makes me look older than I am. So I’ll add a comment after I try it.
Oh, please do! I know some absolutely love this so hopefully it will work for you!
Not a fan compared to other foundations you’ve tried. It looks drying. The Colorscience sunforgettable flex is much better for the price point.
Perbelle is an overpriced mineral suncreen (titanium dioxide). It will sit on top of your skin, & like mineral powders, it will absorb skin moisture (good for oily skin, not so much for dry skin) & self correct somewhat for lighter skin tones. Not for us older gals who like a more dewy youthful look vs matte.
The claims of this product make me sooooo suspicious. But you’re right, the ads for it are everywhere. It looks crazy thick! Thanks for the video.
It is crazy thick!
thanks for the review. you just saved me 42 bucks.
Thank you! You just saved me time, money, and perhaps most importantly, disappointment.
All SPF’s cause me to break out ☹️
Oh No! Have you tried mineral SPF'S?
@@MindfulMidlife No-I gave up sunscreen on my face years ago. If I’m going to be outside for any length of time-gardening or kayaking-I’ll apply it to my arms, shoulders, neck and legs. It’s only my face that seems to be sensitive.
It’s $47 now
I didn’t like it at all. My pores didn’t either.
I bought it and am not a fan. It's too thick and sticky. Personally, I like my $15 Cover Girl foundation better! It was a disappointment. I hope your video will prevent others from wasting their hard earned money on this product.
😂
To expensive for people how have regular bills need more affordable makeup
Sticky cause you used too much
Thanks for taking one for the team! This stuff does not look worth the price tag.
It goes into the melon of your skin and then the your natural color comes out
Dr Perricone has a moisture that does this. I use to always use this because I just love it. Now he doesn’t have it at this time. Humm
Um, no. It doesn't go into the melon of your skin 😂😂😂
This is encapsulated pigments, ferric oxide, in a base of cheap sunscreens. These encapsulated pigments burst with friction, releasing the color and within a few minutes that ferric oxide begins to oxidize, further darkening slightly.
The color is the color, it will match a limited range of skin tones.
"It goes into the the melon of your skin" 🤣that's second hand embarrassing on a whole new level 😬
Not that great. Can’t wait to see how you like it!
I can’t see any difference for 42 dollars I’d rather have a couple bags of groceries for dinner sorry
