top jayce arent building bruiser, if ur snow balling u can go yommus/dusk into collector . I go boots in yommus into maw usually for sustain. GA is also good cause u already have a lot of damage. Bruiser doesnt make sense cause ur champion is made is combo enemy and get out not stay and fight. Also first strike isnt optimal if enemy is ranged
Vamp boots are really good if you go with bloodline rune. You get sustain meaning you get more time to farm instead of basing for HP. If you think about it +8 armor pen isn't really that much. However +7 omnivamp from boots and another +7 from rune gives you alot of sustain. As a general rule go for vamp boots if your champ can sustain like adcs and jayce (carry brusier) Pen boots for assasins. For triforce it's recently buffed so it's a good item not necessarily only on jayce but it's viable for all champs who spell casts. In short it's in meta.

First strike deals more damage + gold. Also late game electrocute can't be proced easily compared to his giant q + first strike. Demolition is high value however in this game he wanted to be aggressive so he took bone plating in order for him to trade stronger (which creates pressure and opportunity to take plates). With demolish a proper twisred fate could just equally trade and just stay under turrent meaning no chances for taking plates. Jayce is already a good tower pusher so...

Micro - playing your unit (units if you are playing RTS or DotA)
Macro - playing the map (taking objectives, split-pushing, dodging fights, etc.)
