So my question to you all at BA is why did you guys stop making your 308 WIN 5R rifled barrels? The two I have are 18 inch chambered in 308win and are pure tac drivers. Thanks for your great Product line and hope you could answer this question. Happy 4th💥🇺🇸💥🇺🇸💥🇺🇸🤗

14.5" PCC 9mm Barrel also seems fairly ideal given the pressure's of 9mm from cheap stuff to performance +P, +P+, etc. Sure you can get a tiny bit more velocity with a longer barrel, given the EXACT ammo you're feeding the firearm, but if you're using low powered plinking ammo you can actually slow the bullet down with a 16+" barrel. 14.5 seems to be the butter spot for PCC in 9mm.

I have a 7.62x51 18” Fluted barrel w/ carbine length spring & hydraulic buffer by Enidine now KynShot. I’m told mine shoots like an 5.56. I’m considering the same for my new 5.56 build.
Question have you ever tried these types of buffers? What are your thoughts?

How about some lightweight 9mm AR barrels? Maybe a Hanson type profile?

I think it was KVP, Faxon, or FM-9 who does a 16" 9mm that weighs 17oz.
IIRC .625 straight profile is how they did it.

Not sure where to ask you this....What is your recommended procedure for breaking in a new barrel?....(my new Wylde 16" Hanson Premium is in the mail!)

Love Q&A with BA. Keep up the great work. I'm currently building a AR Pistol in 300 blackout around a BA Premium 8.3" barrel which got me thinking, why not build a 16" rig too. So will there be a 16" 300 blackout premium series Hanson barrel in the future? 416r ss 1/7 twist 5r? maybe 1/8 twist for lighter pills?

Hey ba makes some bad a$$ barrels ! Question when are you coming out with a 13.7 mid length!?! I think its a good length for people who wanna run the solgw nox!
Hey BA crew! Happy 4th! I have some questions about my BPC 9 receiver set that is currently mid-shipment.
Specifically about the receiver extension setup: Is a standard carbine buffer spring and H3 buffer able to be used? Or did you work some sort of voodoo on your spring and buffer weight package?
I was considering using a Sprinco red spring and H3 buffer. Or how about avoiding using the buffer spacer and going with a VLTOR A5H4 buffer with an A2 sprinco green spring? Would this setup work? I will be using the SBA4 brace with the included receiver extension tube.
I've been looking for a 14.5" option in 9mm. Currently Roscoe offers one.
QC10 did a few runs a while back and JP Supermatch did one. So does Taccom.
