I like putting 40 grit belt on, flipping machine upside down with belt on floor, turn switch on, then plug in and watch it take off like a Battle Bot !
This is NOT a review. Watching you assemble it is not the same thing. I bought one of these and the belt is slipping, I thought I would something here, but no. Not here. This is a very light duty machine. Not really good for actual woodworking tasks.
I didn't have a problem with the belt slipping, however it did want to crawl to one side of the roller. See 13:40+ for the adjustment using the yellow wheel. As other reviews have pointed out, this model is more for the home rather than a professional grade wood working shop. Rikon, and other manufacturers make professional grade machines at a much higher cost. For my purposes, the 50-112 is sufficient. Thankyou for your comments.

Note to self: Self, Don't loan Billy any tools!
Good video. Thanks for the review!
Thanks It’s a real handy tool
Thanks, I was trying to figure out how to raise the belt vertically too. It's not immediately obvious.
Another great mystery of the universe solved! And now we have a video to remind us of how to do it again after we forget how…… M
