Hey Jess! In my time in grad school the hardest thing was the lack on structure and having to spend so much time on my own- it was very isolating at times! One thing that really helped me was adding exercise into my schedule. At first it was hard to motivate myself, but once I got into the ritual it became something I craved and enjoyed. I would get out and do a little walk/run, then come home and do a bit of yoga. After a hot shower I felt positive and ready to tackle my work. XO
