Thanks so much for sharing your showering routine! Great tips and video!!! I am a C7 complete, for 25 years - i use a belt to hold me in the shower chair as much as possible. Recently i started putting a reacher in the shower so i can pick up all the things i drop, which is everything lol :). I saw on an instagram post that someone got an attachable holder for their shower wall (to be like a shower rod, but its attachable like a command hook) which would hold the handheld in place and then maybe you can enjoy the water more while rinsing. Thanks for all you do for our community and take care!

Get yourself a suction cup holder for the handheld shower! It's a lifesaver. It's cheap and you can put it where you want it.
