- How I get into my wheelchair in the morning. I’m a T5 complete paraplegic(No Movement or Feeling/Sensation below the chest) and I have many types of muscle spasms. I do not take the traditional muscle spasm medications such as Baclofen. Here is a part 2
Showing my Muscle Spasms and Tense Muscles every time I wake up. This time without medication.

Hey! Another great video. I would love to meet you for lunch. Keep up the great videos.
You should make a wrap video starting with this 😎🤙🏻
@@morgancalvi6675 right???!!! 🤣 What was I thinking LMAO 👍🏻
Way to go
hello good
good video, when you get your back pain does it hurt? When you can make a video with white socks. thanks my friend.
Morning spasms are the worst for me.
Can you show how you get up from a fall in the shower please to show how it always happens to my cousin and we have to help him and he gets uncomfortable please
🗣My new lyrics 👨🏿🦯🦽
Bravo for being drug free. 👏🏾👏🏾 have you ever used a standing frame? It may help with the spasms. What about cannabis? Some people have experienced relief.
Thank you!😁 it’s not easy.😤 But yea I stand every single day about 4 times for over 30 minutes. I have 2 standing frame videos on my channel. Actually about to make another one. And yea i used to use for years, but i have recently gave it up to be a healthier and more productive person. Not saying everyone that uses can’t be. But for me it really helped motivate me towards my goals. Plus I feel much better and clear minded.👌🏼
Nice interesting video! Another good video could be how you get dressed in the morning putting pants on.. it must be very hard with these spasms
Have you considered getting Botox shots in your legs?
Nope I’ve never thought of that yet. I’ll have to look into it. Most likely not a thing for me because I would rather have the involuntary movement than no movement at all. But thanks for the comment. I’ve heard of Botox before but not for the legs.
@@WheelzAC Yeah, it's more of a mid term solution that you'll need to get the shot every 3-6 months. It has its advantages over baclofen pump: there's no foreign object going into your body, it works locally and won't affect other parts of your body.
