I love this gun. I got mine in November. Trigger is heavy enough that it's impossible to shoot super fast, but it's usable and feels good. Cleaning it is a chore, though. 10 chambers to clean! And the front of the cylinder and forcing cone take quite a bit of elbow grease and Hoppe's #9. Feels more like Stainful steel than stainless.
LOL… it does take some elbow grease, determination and a thorough application of Mother’s Mag and Aluminum polish to get it to shine but it’s worth it.
I bought one and love it. It beats the S&W 617 as the Ruger has a triple locking support and the S&W only two. I put the same Hogue rubber grips on mine. Great choice.
The 6 inch S&W 617 10 shot 22LR weighs 44 ounces so the Ruger GP100 is an ounce lighter. I love my Ruger GP100 22 LR and 10 round revolver. The three points of support for the Ruger cylinder bests the S&W version. I know I made the best choice between the two.

Another consideration for less of a bulky experience would be the SP101 8-shot. 30oz 4.2" barrel.
Or the LCRx 8-shot 17.3 oz. 3" barrel.

I like the anchor idea for a snap caps. Never would’ve thought of that.

Wow that takes over-built for the cartridge to a new meaning.
LOL and Absolutely, like a Cadillac from back in the 1960s.
The 7/8 screw anchors for snap caps is a great idea! Thanks for sharing!!
Cool wheel gun as heavy duty plinker....Good stuff....
I need one to go with my 1990 GP100 .357 Mag.
So you got it 50% cheaper. A great video.
Good idea for snap caps!
I have one I love mine.
