Zack Torretta I think rn it's my 2nd but I didn't listen to the death grips yet and we're only like 60% through the year, but yeah this album is so good
pizzaguy not every album is like that at all, but this one more than any tbh, there's a reason it was released in parts, denzel wants you to listen in order
Jehz dude, every album has an intended order, like It's not meant to be a playlist you press shuffle on, and obviously you'll get different feelings depending on how you listen to the album, so listening to it in order will give you a different feeling, because not every song is the same. Sure there's albums where it matters more, like this one, I guess, but like that's the whole point of an album...
Spot on really, all I'm saying is that this album in particular NEEDS to be listened to in order and not just cherry picked, thats what this video's about, regardless of any other album.
Go ahead and react to the album, it’s album of year potential. But if I can recommended one song, Black Metal Terrorist is one of the hardest songs I’ve ever heard.
I'm sure I read a while ago that the 13 replaces the letter "B" and he uses the number frequently since it is views as an unlucky number and he feels throughout his life in a way has been unlucky. He also says that black starts with B so replacing that with the 13 is a good representation of him being unlucky with societal issues because of the colour of his skin. He talked about it in his last EP which was called 13. Hopefully that helps idk it's been a while since I looked it up.
The feature was a rapper named goldlink and the hook was sung pary by an r&b singer named twelve’len. If you want some more absolute bangers: vengeance, black metal terrorist and bloodshed are all amazing songs that i already know are exactly your style and you guys will love
The second rapper that's featured is called Goldlink. As for there parts of the album, there are three constituents: a light more floaty light-hearted explaination of how he gets into whatever distraught you can think of, next a dark midriff that explains, his journey with that addiction/mental instability, as well as death, (Clout Cobain) and the last part delineates, the darkest, most decrepit part of the album, of both his metaphorical, and perhaps physical journey to hell with Black Metal Terrorist.
I CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW HAPPY I AM RN. I just smoked and you guys upload this!? I’ve had this song on repeat. It reminds me of outkast, I get a old school vibe 😌💯💨
You guys need to start doing whole album reactions. Especially with guys like Kendrick and Denzel who make heavy concept albums that need to be listened to in order.
When he says, “soon, the black balloons pop; that’ll be the day the pain stops.” It’s kinda like a reference to the Black balloon and the end of Clout Cobain video that popped after he shot himself after talking about people who lose themselves trying to become famous and becoming a puppet to the industry.
He dropped an ep last year titled "13" so that is most likely why 13 is why there was a 13 in the background of the video. He was also wearing a chain with 13 on it in the Clout Cobain video.
You guys should cover Lost one's Love yourz FRIENDS And 03 Adolecence By j cole these are all lyrically amazing with deep messages to go along with them
There was a feature, he's name is Goldlink Ya'll should react to one of his songs, I'd recommend; Fall in Love (This one has a music video) Some Girl (This one is off his latest album)
My personal take on Black Balloons is that balloons are often used for celebrations such as birthdays etc but they aren't usually black so I think the black balloons represent his death/pain. At the end of Clout Cobain Denzel dies in the video in front of the circus(representing the mainstream audience) and after he dies the balloon pops. Maybe Black Balloons is him being in the afterlife or released from pain, hence the more upbeat tone of the song. This also correlates with the chorus "black balloons over my head, let it float, let it float.." Releasing of the balloons maybe him releasing the pain, however you can hear from the lyrics that he's still not happy.. With the title Taboo I think its called that because on most songs he mentions the craziness that's going on such as the heavy drug use of this generation... 13 is said to be unlucky and it matches the dark themes of the album. He doesn't conform to the "mainstream" sound of party music and the clout chasing to gain or maintain interest. By not following suit or the "formula" to success it could be deemed unlucky as not many rappers can really make it mainstream without that. Just my theory, I could be wrong. Btw just found your channel and its refreshing to see open minded people trying something new. I just subscribed. Keep up the good work!
The black balloon is referencing the scene in Clout Cobain when he kills himself and the camera pans up and shows a black balloon which is also then shot.
I think the 'black balloons pop' line has to do with suicide because in the Cloud Cobain music video after he killed himself,a black balloon popped and I guess he's trying to say after your dead you don't feel pain anymore
I LOVE this song, more songs need flows like this, I feel like it just makes the song it almost doesn't even matter what the words are in songs like this, Infinite by Eminem, Hive by Earl Sweatshirt etc
Every song in the Album, the B is replaced with a 13, also the B in the Albumtitle is a 13. There are also 13 Tracks on the album and Denzel released a mixtape called 13 a while ago, so he has something with that number, dont know what though.
If you want the more hardcore Curry from his new album try “Super Saiyan Superman” “Switch It Up” “Mad I Got It” “Vengeance” “The Blackest Balloon” and “Black Metal Terrorist”
I think towards the end it kinda drags out with Vengeance and Blackest Balloon. Can still listen to both of those songs but I dislike the hook on Vengeance and Blackest Balloon is just kinda of sleeper track to me. Album is still fantastic tho.
Black Ballons represents like the humanity. I´m a black ballon, you both are black ballons, once you pop, you are just air, you just gone. (Denzel Curry Interview explianed that).
A lil late but the 13 and other hiroglyphics on the song titles are a nod to one of the other underground artists in Florida spaceghostpurpp and raider klan who started it. Denzel was once a part of raider klan but then went solo like 5 years ago.
Imo based off of some interviews I've seen. Listen to the dark before the light, as the dark was made first. If you notice, in black metal terrorist, the static is at its loudest, but it's there, it always has been, in the background. Denzel explains this in an interview. So listening to more of grey and dark would help.
Great reaction, I feel like you guys will love Black Metal Terrorist, from the same album!
CDTVProductions sup, did you know logic was biracial
BLACK METAL TERRORIST IS A MUST FOR YOU GUYS
Fr best song of the album
And so the reaction cinematic universe connects more
And vengeance is a must for them
Do the whole album! Pretty please!
Freddy PR extra pretty pretty pretty pwease
Yeah so many bangers! Might be my aoty
yes pls whole album
Zack Torretta I think rn it's my 2nd but I didn't listen to the death grips yet and we're only like 60% through the year, but yeah this album is so good
Freddy PR THEY GOTTA DO IMPERIAL FIRST
U guys should do album reactions aswell
100%. I think they have limited time recording videos though, so a whole album would be a bit hard for them, unless it was an album like Kanye's "Ye".
React to Black Metal Terrorist, Super Saiyan Superman, Sirens and Vengeance off the same album.
black metal terrorist was kind of a bad track
Yolovis I disagree, I think it was very interesting
Yolovis it’s my favorite one lol
Yolovis that's 4 against 1
PLEASE DO THE ENTIRE ALBUM. IT'S INCREDIBLE ⚡🤙(or at least the third act)
The second act is honestly the best imo
The first is best imo
jid feature alone could carry that act, and obviously the lead features on there too
Yolovis the Jid feature wasn’t even that crazy
The third act was the one that I liked the least. (still liked it tho)
there is a feature, he’s called Goldlink
Mihir and twelve'len
they didn't research i too well if they couldn't find out it's gold link. not too hard to find out lol, but i enjoy these guys usually anyway
PLEASE DO VENGEANCE
yes, please
Song of the year
Yes would love that so much
I think metalheads get used to zillakamis voice a lot easier as opposed to the average hip hop fan
The album needs to be listened to in order to make sense and to deliver the feeling that denzel intended. I'd suggest do a full album reaction.
Jehz lol I get what you're saying but technically that's the case for every album. That's why there's a tracklist with an order to it lol.
pizzaguy not every album is like that at all, but this one more than any tbh, there's a reason it was released in parts, denzel wants you to listen in order
I think what hes trying to say that not a lot of artists think too much of their album ordering, especially nowadays.
Spot on really, all I'm saying is that this album in particular NEEDS to be listened to in order and not just cherry picked, thats what this video's about, regardless of any other album.
Sirens ft. J.I.D it's probably the best song on the album
dan the album is so good I can't make up my mind at which song I like the most
I think that's the worst and its still good
Josiah Resler nah i would say vengeance is the worst tbh
wtf vengeance is the best song by far
JID's low voice couldn't keep up in Sirens. But Vengeance tho. DAMN PEGGY!
Kendrick lamar- king kunta.
A complete different vibe i think you guys will enjoy a lot!
Ezra Przytyk They should review the full album. #ToPimpAButterfly Let's go, guys 🤙🏽🤘🏽
DENZEL CURRY - SIRENS ITS FROM THE NEW ALBUM AND FEATURE J.I.D
the song features a rapper called Goldlink (whos from DC)
The other voice was a guy called Goldlink
There's 13 tracks on the TA13OO album so it's probably a nod to that but also could be about the superstition surrounding the number.
Kristian Leonard i was about. To say the same things as well
Kristian Leonard 13th like
Kristian Leonard his last ep was called 13 too
I'm pretty sure 13 is referencing his EP called '13' but not 100% sure
Matt Liggett yeah it's like sorta his brand
Please react to the whole album!!!!!
Oh yeah yeah OH YEAH YEAH OH MEOW MEOW OH MEOW MEOW
React to Super Saiyan Superman he spits on that track
TristanSutton he spits on every track fuck you mean lol
Go ahead and react to the album, it’s album of year potential. But if I can recommended one song, Black Metal Terrorist is one of the hardest songs I’ve ever heard.
Lunersome 57 Switch it up is hard af too
Lunersome 57 bmt is the hardest song of 2018
I'm sure I read a while ago that the 13 replaces the letter "B" and he uses the number frequently since it is views as an unlucky number and he feels throughout his life in a way has been unlucky. He also says that black starts with B so replacing that with the 13 is a good representation of him being unlucky with societal issues because of the colour of his skin. He talked about it in his last EP which was called 13.
Hopefully that helps idk it's been a while since I looked it up.
Rambo Jenkins this was obvious lol.
well said
yeah, that was a feature from goldlink
Black Friday!!
Listen to Black Metal Terrorist - Denzel Curry
*_VENGEANCE_*
The feature was a rapper named goldlink and the hook was sung pary by an r&b singer named twelve’len.
If you want some more absolute bangers: vengeance, black metal terrorist and bloodshed are all amazing songs that i already know are exactly your style and you guys will love
React to the whole TA13OO album
*Isaiah Rashad - Heavenly Father*
LISTEN TO THE WHOLE ALBUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please

You guys need to start doing whole album reactions. Especially with guys like Kendrick and Denzel who make heavy concept albums that need to be listened to in order.
TA13OO is just “TABOO” with the “13” both stylized to resemble a “B” and the 13 tracks that are on the album.
Can you do 1 day a week where their is multiple videos? Would be cool! Like for when you do the alright, tale of two cities, black Friday trilogy? :)
Ezra Przytyk and how much a dollar costs
Please do the entire album!
The Blackest Balloon is a nice hype Denzel Curry song to react to. Or Black Metal Terorrist 🔥
When he says, “soon, the black balloons pop; that’ll be the day the pain stops.”
It’s kinda like a reference to the Black balloon and the end of Clout Cobain video that popped after he shot himself after talking about people who lose themselves trying to become famous and becoming a puppet to the industry.
Just heard the whole TA13OO album and it's insane! Denzel has officially LEVELED UP! 🔥
The feature in the song is actually Goldlink, you guys should check out his music too it's a very similar sound to this!!
He dropped an ep last year titled "13" so that is most likely why 13 is why there was a 13 in the background of the video. He was also wearing a chain with 13 on it in the Clout Cobain video.
The second verse was a feature by goldlink, the thing is, that on this album, the features are in the description
Would really love to see you reviewing his song Black Metal Terrorists! It’s super brutal and might be right up your alley!
You guys should cover
Lost one's
Love yourz
FRIENDS
And 03 Adolecence
By j cole these are all lyrically amazing with deep messages to go along with them
Im asking for J Cole “Lost One’s” ever since you had 30k subs 😂😂
13 was his prior EP and of course used in the naming of this album
13 was an EP he did in 2017 which is the sampler for Ta13oo, but as far as everybody else except for Denzel knows, its just a stylisation thing
DO THE WHOLE ALBUM PLEASE ITS WORTH IT
Vengeance, The blackest balloon and Sirens are my favs off it
The other guy in the song is Goldlink. Y'all should do switch it up.. you'd love that one. It's very hard hitting and theatrical
Nipsey Hussle and YG - Last Time That I Checc'd and FDT
There was a feature, he's name is Goldlink
Ya'll should react to one of his songs, I'd recommend;
Fall in Love (This one has a music video)
Some Girl (This one is off his latest album)
The 13 that you keep seeing is in reference to his EP from last year called 13.
When simon said “yo big willy”. I didnt really made the connection with will smith and was hella confused 😂
Theres two features on this song, Twelve'len and GoldLink but the one you were asking about was GoldLink
Just my theory, I could be wrong.
Btw just found your channel and its refreshing to see open minded people trying something new. I just subscribed. Keep up the good work!
the second rapper was GoldLink. Great rapper. has a really powerful song called "When I Die"
Every video that’s not Black Friday will be hated on
I wish you guys could react to Curtain Call: The Hits. It would be epic to see the reactions to When I'm Gone and Fack haha
The album has 13 tracks, and his mixtape last year was called 13 and was 13 minutes long, and it looks cool.
Yeah this song really works in context of the whole album
He said that us as humans are black balloons and that when we “pop” we release all our pain and suffering
This entire album is UNREAL
13 was an ep he dropped which is awesome bloodshed is a real highlight
The feature was Goldlink.. you definitely need to react to his stuff. Crew is probably his biggest track so far
The black balloon is referencing the scene in Clout Cobain when he kills himself and the camera pans up and shows a black balloon which is also then shot.
Best reacting page by far
For me it's simple:
#1 Clout Cobain
#2 Black Balloons
#3 Sirens
#4 Switch It Up
#5 Percs
Listen to more of the album its my favorite album of the year and I see a lot of people that think of the same
Been here since 30k, respects for the great content
The IT reference, tremendous!
This is featuring twelve'len and goldlink, it should say in the description
Isaiah Rashad and Goldlink - Untitled is an amazing underrated song, introduction to two great rappers (Rashad is on Kendrick's label)
The feature is Goldlink. You guys should react to him starting with Crew.
I think the 'black balloons pop' line has to do with suicide because in the Cloud Cobain music video after he killed himself,a black balloon popped and I guess he's trying to say after your dead you don't feel pain anymore
"13" is the name of an EP Denzel released last year i believe. Also if you read this please react to "prisoner 1&2" and "Deliver" by Lupe fiasco
I LOVE this song, more songs need flows like this, I feel like it just makes the song it almost doesn't even matter what the words are in songs like this, Infinite by Eminem, Hive by Earl Sweatshirt etc

If you want the more hardcore Curry from his new album try “Super Saiyan Superman” “Switch It Up” “Mad I Got It” “Vengeance” “The Blackest Balloon” and “Black Metal Terrorist”
The song TA13OO off the album its hella fire too along with sirens and well basically every song on the album.
Please do the whole album please guyz you both are best.Love from India🙌💖🔥
"mad I go it" and "vengeance" from the new album
The featured artist is GoldLink. You should def do his song Crew.
Montana of 300 -
Holy Ghost, Busta Rhymes, Chiraq vs NY
HOPSIN - ILL MINDS 4
Then do the rest of the «ill minds» series!
You will love it! Keep up the good work 💪🏼
A lil late but the 13 and other hiroglyphics on the song titles are a nod to one of the other underground artists in Florida spaceghostpurpp and raider klan who started it. Denzel was once a part of raider klan but then went solo like 5 years ago.
The only way youll get the so gs is by liste ing to the entire album, its a whole story line, bunch of mood swings, amazing actually
Imo based off of some interviews I've seen. Listen to the dark before the light, as the dark was made first. If you notice, in black metal terrorist, the static is at its loudest, but it's there, it always has been, in the background. Denzel explains this in an interview. So listening to more of grey and dark would help.
The second verse is a feature guys, its GoldLink
You guys should do Denzel Curry's Ultimate. It's his hit song that gave him the exposure he deserved
I think "13" was the name of one of his previous albums.
Edit: 13 was the name of his EP
This song features TWELVE'ELEN and GOLDLING .
The second half of Mad I Got it is easily the best moment on the album
Tips for you guys: install an ad-blocker then you don’t have to close the pop up ads and also use the space bar to pause the video. You’re welcome 😊
Goldlink is the feature in this song. Please address this and other information we give you in future videos!
Yo the feature is GOLDLINK he’s from the DMV area. Y’all should check some of his stuff out too
There second rapper is Goldlink and the guy on the hook is Twelve'Len.
That sounded like Goldlink one of the greatest artist coming out of DC right now , you guys should actually react to Crew by Goldlink
Please react to the full album guys, keep doing this
The feature is Goldlink!!! You should listen to his stuff too!
React to Skepta - Shutdown
It's been a while since you reacted to some Grime rap
Love the work you guys put in your videos. Keep it up ❤
I’m 2 years late but when you said “big Willy” my immature self fucking lost it
The whole 13 thing links in with his old EP called 13
