- In this video Glover Nursery's pond manager, Shane, shows you how to make a floating garden. These are particularly useful if you have coy fish in your pond because they can be destructive to plant life and it keeps the plants away from the fish.

I think the material is nylon.
However, you can use higher quality landscape fabric for a similar result.
