I've never been a fan of Miley but I have to give her props here. Plus, her voice and James' harmonize beautifully. Very impressed.

One important thing to note here is that most of these musical performances on Howard Stern are done between 7 and 9 am. Not easy at all for any vocalist. She was phenomenal!

There was a section of the interview that happened before this clip. Elton John called in by video to discuss playing on the cover that Miley did of this song and he said this is one of the best songs ever written. When he said that, James started to cry.

There's another part on this show when they're talking about Miley recording a cover of Nothing Else Matters with Elton John on the piano. Sir Elton John calls in on Zoom and says that he thinks that it's one of the best songs ever and that Metallica is one of the best bands ever. I don't care who you're, hearing something like that from another of the greats means a lot.
