The individuals on this hidden camera show are forced to make tough calls when directly faced with situations of racism, violence, hate crimes, and other hot button cultural issues. Catch John Quinones reporting on these individuals as they make split-second decisions to intervene or mind their own business. WWYD? airs Friday nights at 9|8c on ABC.
What Would You Do? (WWYD) is a hidden camera show, hosted by ABC News correspondent John Quinones, in which unknowing bystanders are placed in uncomfortable, and often compromising real world scenarios in public. WWYD’s hidden cameras focus on the average person’s responses and reactions to these issues of social responsibility. Topics such as gay couples being affectionate in public, date rape, racism and racial profiling, interracial couples, abusive parents, drunk driving, and harassment of the homeless are touched upon in this series. I went to the mall when my first baby was 3-4 months old and when he needed to be fed I realized I forgot my cover. I went into Victoria’s Secret and asked if I could nurse in one of their stalls. The ladies there could not have been sweeter and made me feel like I was so welcome there. The sales associate who ushered me to a stall said, “here ya go, the nicest room we have, just for you!” lol it was so cute.
I love how that one guy at the end responded. It was simple, but enpowerfull and he took action. Good work 👏

If there isn't a rule in the place they're at that says it _isn't_ allowed, then it's perfectly fine. It's not disgusting-it's perfectly normal.

Not to mention, not every parent will be able to have someone watch over their baby for them while they go out. On top of that, maybe the woman finds it easier to breastfeed instead of using a bottle. Neither you nor I know the reason, therefore you really have no right to judge them in such a way for doing so.
"There is a time and place for everything" doesn't necessarily apply to babies in some cases, especially when it comes to their hunger. They could get hungry at any moment of the day, including when the mother is out in public with them. The baby shouldn't have to stay hungry just because some people don't like the idea of publicly breastfeeding a child. In the end, it's their choice, and if there is no rule saying they cannot breastfeed, you can't do much about it. 🤷♀️

And if you want go the reduction as absurd I’m route (by suggesting whipping out the male reproductive organ to urinate in public), you also require the face be covered at all times, for both males and females, when in public, since kissing is often involved during reproductive activities.
So you may have a “fundamental disagreement”, but that disagreement is built upon a fundamental lack of knowledge of reproductive organ anatomy and physiology.

Its significantly more healthy and better for a developing baby than artificial chemically induced formulas that are sold at stores. My point was that this women was covered up to where literally looked like a Quaker from 200 years ago. That's how covered up she was and people still complain about it. Meanwhile the standard dress code for modern girls is dressing half naked like street corner whores and nobody says anything. It's ironic and hypocritical.

Exactly my point of view!! Breastfeeding your baby is completely normal and I don't understand why people make such a fuzz about It. But breastfeeding mother should understand too that showing your full naked breast in public might make people uncomfortable, specially in a restaurant when you're trying to eat peacefully and the least thing you expect and want is a naked breast. Not that mothers in general do this, but the ones who do should be more understanding. And people who knows that a mother is breastfeeding should be more understanding too

Love this !! I’m a first time mom and I wished I would’ve breastfed :( I was very scared of being sexualized and just exposed. I hate that I allowed myself to refrain from trying. I would pump to feed my baby bottles instead all because I was too scared to pull my shirt up and feed my baby.
