My favorite spice cake is one my grandmother made, called Depression Cake. It's absolutely delicious, and not hard to do.
I've heard of depression cake but didn't know it was a spice cake.

I made 2 cakes once, 1 i added eggs 1 at time, second 1 i added eggs all at once. I called em cake A and B. Kids liked cake B better 😂😂. This looks delicious ❤ y'all have a good day 😊

Warm cake is always good, but some spice things are better the next day..( if it lasts that long!
It was just as good as in my childhood. I think Piggy liked the glaze better after it sat in the fridge. He said it was like candy coating on the cake
