Bells are probably not loud enough to be useful on the street, but they're loud enough to politely alert walkers and other riders on a multi-use trail.
I just got one 2 days ago. It has a lot different stuff on it. Do you think it's a fake. It's not dual suspension like I thought. Screen is different. I have a handle on my frame. Seems I'm missing out on something
They set the bikes up so they keep in compliance with laws and regulations. Your complaint about top gear while pedaling. That will be the crank sprocket it's probably somewhere in the 38 to 44 Tooth range. About everyone ups the crank gear to a 53 to 60 tooth gear.
Been watching your electric bike reviews. Looked long at the Ranger S. Lectric, ended up going with a Rad Power, ? if you reviewed did not find. Just knew wanted folding
The problem with these bikes are how unstable the steering feels. The handlebar is too straight and the long angled stem makes you feel like you’re driving a upside down broom. 🧹
The wires coming through the back axle so tight that some smaller wires broke is a bad design. I wrote them an email offering to fix it rather than sending it back if they just give me another battery case. I have better battery cells and would mind having 2 batteries. Their proprietary case connectors would take me quite a while to figure out and build but rewiring the motor in a much better location or better protection than nothing around the wires is easy for me
@HollisOrtho I make them with proper cells for what I want. Long distance at slow speeds, a low drain (less amperage). For speed and hills, high drain (lots of amps can be drawn). You have to Crack the controller or get a better one to get the speed though. My stock battery does 40mph for about 6 - 8 miles after I cracked the controller. I could make a better battery that would increase that to 10-12 miles at 40 or hold 20mph for probably more than double that. Lithium battery cells are weird

Hello Mike aka Monkey Wrench Mike. The Varun S20-1+ is a great looking e-bike. I'll give the Varun S20-1+ e-bike a rating of A+
I agree!
Should have at least a 750 watt motor with a peak of 1600

Where do you find a spare battery?
