    Life is all about opinions and self preferences and for me the BMW brand ticks the boxes for me during my World travels. Thanks again for

      Hi thanks for watching my video and commenting.
      The bike in video doesn't have that's an Enduro seat. But you can get both heated seats on the Trophy model if you specify them when buying new.
      Thanks C.B.

      @keithdixon3896 maybe you should look at other videos on his channel before being judgemental and making a fool of yourself

      I like coffee, but I carry a thermos. Coffee has many proven health benefits. A 2024/5 r1300gs will be my 4th gs. Pro tip, install a bottle holder, like you would find on a bicycle, to carry your thermos. Or maybe you were trying to make some other lame ass point?

      @caledonianbiker  8 місяців тому

      Hi there thanks for your comment and for your time watching the video
      Yes there's a socket which can be found front right near the TFT as you sit on the bike it's displayed in my video at the timing of 2 mins 26 secs.
      I hope that this video has been useful and informative for you.
      Thanks for watching. All the best Caledonian Biker

      @@Jmbo65 You're right there is. It's a swivel USB socket.

    Actually, King of adventure bikes goes to the Legendary DR650. BMW can't touch it.

      “Legendary DR650…BMW Can’t Touch It”….. maybe u need to explain why there is so few of these “legendary bikes” on the road and why BMW GS is probably the biggest selling adventure bike if not amongst the best 😂😂😂😂

      @Jmbo65 Too many electronics on the Beemers, they are heavy, rattly and I just don't trust them out in the sticks. I had a f850gs which would quite often throw up warnings on the dash and telling me to go straight to the dealer. No thanks!! When I buy a bike, it never sees the dealer again. The dr650 is simple, reliable and I don't even think about anything going wrong whilst in the middle of nowhere.

      @@arc001 to many electronics….not sure what u mean as most bikes come with electronic the only big addition to the bike is the Radar… and from my perspective I have been fortunate all my GS have shown no issues.

      It's not an adventure bike it's a bloated old cruiser for old blokes to pop down to Starbucks for a Caramel latte

    • @arc001

      @Jmbo65 If you want character, buy Euro bikes, if you want reliability, buy Jap. That's a general consensus out there.
