- After quite a while, this year I was finally able to attend the Sunday show of the Ferrari Finali Mondiali. Despite the bad weather, the Pracing Horse's brand managed to put on an unbelievable event, with stunning cars and all the best from the various Ferrari racing programmes
It has been also the first time to see the new F80 on track, being able to capture its sound which as predicted isn't really loud

Honestly I like the F80
It costs a lot of money, so it isn't trash but, can we agree it is worse visually than a La Ferrari?
And mostly because the front bumper and that black detail, it feels out of place.

ist a mix with enzo Fxx Sp3 cooeticione 12 cilnidri its a masterpice and to all that hate the v6 it soubd amazing and the shot that made when you shift its crazy i love th ne F80 best car

They really gotta change the lighting in their studios. Every car they’ve released in their studios has looked bad the red and the lighting don’t work well together. The red looks so much better in natural light
I knew people are gonna love, the haters will get used to it and realize how beatiful it is. Even LaFerrari was weird for people when it first came out.
Enzo, f50, even f40 were considered weird at their time.
Halo supercars are meant to be radical and progressive. If it was liked immediately, then it wouldn't be either.
Yep I remember people saying the la Ferrari looked like a 458 with the body kit. This f80 doesn’t even look that different than a la Ferrari especially the back end. The front is just throwing people off because of the black stripe

Still find it so indubitably ridiculous that they’ll shove a v12 into their SUV but not in their $3Mil exclusive hypercar. Imo I understand their design cues trying to callback their earlier years, but that LaF is way more gorgeous than the F80.

@@Pizzarolles_. and the hybrid v12 900+hp LaF wasn’t? Being completely carbon fiber with large carbon ceramic brakes, several points of extreme active aero and a top speed of 217 mph? The LaF was by all means built for performance. Even their FXXK was incredibly good looking. This thing? No, I like the idea but IMO, the car doesn’t scream Ferrari to me, it screams off brand Senna.

The F80 is rumored to be 4/5 seconds per lap faster around Fiorano. This V6 is light years ahead of the old, big and chunky V12. The tradeoff is the sound of course, but for a car that seeks the peak performance available is essential.
@@ron_dellathe F80 has over twice as much downforce tho and way more power. No shut it will be faster and on modern tires.

they stole the design from lego Technics and from GTA 5
there is no reason to make it that ugly for "just" 1000kg downforce.
@@pedro_peyotewe actually don’t know if any of those cars are faster around tracks. Also every car you listed there except maybe the jesko is known to be terrible to drive anywhere but on a track. The thing that made the la Ferrari famous was how easily you could drive it around a city. Same will happen with the f80 it will be competitive on track but far better on normal roads

It just ugly. Looks like a kit bash model. I don’t get it. If you’re going to make a Lego Technics car, at least put a V8 in it like the F40. Seems like the aero engineers do the design also. Should be a badass tho.
That does not look like a lego technic. It's a combination of multiple Ferraris, including the goddamn Pininfarina Battista. 365GTB/4 headlights modernized, 488 Pista/499P front bumper, Enzo front fenders, Laferrari cabin, Battista rear bumper, FXX Evoluzione rear vents, and full on laferrari side profile with a wing

The entire back of it is basically a la Ferrari buddy. You have the black stripe and that’s it. Go look at it without the black stripe

I'm gonna defend it with all my life, that's a successor. As a motorsport fan, I see a lot of older Ferrari's including the pininfarina battista in its design language.
The back half of the car basically looks identical to the la Ferrari from the side. It’s ok you don’t like the black stripe but don’t act like the entire black half isn’t the most obvious Ferrari silhouette ever.
Edit go to 10:21-10:25 and tell me that isn’t a true Ferrari from the side. The back stripe is messing with peoples eyes they’re not even looking at the rest of the car

Ferrari is the number one luxury sports car brand in the world so I think Ferrari knows the customers very well. Only the this cars like the f80 are built for a few costumers who, in addition to being billionaires, they have been trusted Ferrari customers for years. So these models not only do not depreciate over time but they become collector's sport supercars. A better and more acute market strategy could not be had.
