Honestly I love that feeling. Waking up early gives u time to do soooo much more than when u wake up late and everything is in a rush. Life at 5am is different. It feels good. I prefer waking up at these times. Mostly 6am tho. And some weekends, not all, I give myself rest till 8 if I feel I deserve more rest for the day

No. In fact it's been studied and women who are about 15lb "overweight" throughout adulthood live longer, happier, healthier lives. There's no rhyme or reason to human weight categories either, just whatever other people made up! That being said all bodies are beautiful and there's nothing wrong with being slim. There's just nothing technically or morally good about it either.

Waking up before or with the sun is my favorite thing in the world. I used to always run right at sunrise. This makes me want to start doing that again.
I totally get and appreciate posts like this. I honestly just work better in the second half of the day. I work better when the sun is going down. When the moon is out. It’s more motivating for me than being up early. It’s REALLY hard to wake up before 7 am. For me it’s 8 am lol. Yep! All our circadian rhythms are different. Some of us are 'night owls' (like you and me :)) and function best at night while others are 'larks', like this lady, who's better off in the mornings. Ofcourse you can train yourself in time by keeping strick schedules but how you natural are feels better.
It's called a chronotype 😊 mine has me working best in the middle of the day, I'm useless first thing in the morning and after about 4pm, t least for brain activities. I tried getting up early like this but it was torture so i stopped, and there's no need of you structure your day effectively anyway. Need that 8 hours of sleep!

I wake up at the same time as OP, and going to bed at 8 pm helps me feel refreshed in the morning. I used to have a night routine, but I made it my morning routine after I started dreading going to sleep just because of it. The most important thing for me is to watch what I consumed (content-wise) last or what my mind is focused on as I'm laying down. I found that if my mind is overactive I'll technically be in bed by 8 but actually go to sleep by 10:30 or so. Anyways ik you asked for OP's opinion but there's my honest 2 cents! :)
I wake up at 3:30ish ( hour long commute and start work early). 9pm tends to be the ideal time for me but realistically it ends up being closer to 10 most days. Also no where near as elaborate a routine.

When your husband is a high achieving medical student… You must become this person 😂 As a type B person, I thought I’d hate going to bed at 8:30pm and waking up this early to start my day. Before marrying my husband I was very overweight, went to bed around 3am, slept about 4-5 hours a night, procrastinated with EVERYTHING, was highly stressed, and was basically just living with no organized structure. But this routine actually makes me less stressed throughout the day, gives me a productive start and gives me more time in the evenings to chill out. I don’t do all of the skincare stuff, but I get up, wash my face, brush my teeth, eat a banana, do a morning stretch, head to the gym for an hour, take a hot shower, surf the web, make myself a nice coffee, pick out an outfit for myself, do a bible reading, and get to work until 4pm. Then I wash dishes, cook dinner, and my husband and I get to hang out for a couple of hours… This busy world was not built for naturally type B people, so we adjust to be more joyful! My mom used to always say to me, “early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.”

More important than all of that is the morning prayer and you talk to God about everything that happened to you in your day or that made you angry, and you cry while on a carpet and pray 2 rak’ahs. На всякий случай, вспомните одно: если человек способен встать в 4 утра, то он ложится часов в 9 вечера. Если это не так, то соболезную девушке - вставать рано,выполнять это всё и при этом не высыпаться должным образом, наверное, изматывает очень сильно.
Как я начала работать уже ложусь спать в 23ч или еще раньше (мозг уже начинает отключаться), иначе вставать в 7 утра будет сложновато. Когда ты делаешь это регулярно, то физически уже становится невозможно идти спать в 2ч и вставать рано. Я говорю это именно на регулярной основе. Ты уже будешь зомби, и качество жизни заметно ухудшится. Поэтому она скорее всего жаворонок, не сова❤

@@soonmiiya still, most of that skincare is bs. Would love to see a dermatologist react to this routine. This is a privileged example that has way to many steps and too much money in it for normal people to achieve. It is not realistic.
@@aj27turquoiseskies Am I dumb or something because I only see her use like 5 products in this video... a face oil, sheet mask, lip scrub, moisturizer, and sunscreen. I don't understand how that is "way too many steps." And sure, the products are expensive, but no one's forcing you to copy her and buy everything she's using. Everyone's skin is different, so you just use what works for you.

To some 4am is optimal working hours to others 4pm is optimal for productivity. We are all different. Good for her! She also doesn’t have 4 dogs, 2 kids, or a husband to get ready before her day starts. This was me at 25.

I wake up at the same time as OP, and going to bed at 8 pm helps me feel refreshed in the morning. I used to have a night routine, but I made it my morning routine after I started dreading going to sleep just because of it. The most important thing for me is to watch what I consumed (content-wise) last or what my mind is focused on as I'm laying down. I found that if my mind is overactive I'll technically be in bed by 8 but actually go to sleep by 10:30 or so. Anyways ik you asked for OP's opinion but there's my honest 2 cents! :)

I wake up at 3:30ish ( hour long commute and start work early). 9pm tends to be the ideal time for me but realistically it ends up being closer to 10 most days. Also no where near as elaborate a routine.

@@deamite7893 it's mostly preference. 4am is the morning, by the way. and it's not 'quirky', everyone has a routine depending on how their body system works. not everyone does the same things as you, and it's not ridiculous to live a healthy and productive lifestyle.

When your husband is a high achieving medical student… You must become this person 😂 As a type B person, I thought I’d hate going to bed at 8:30pm and waking up this early to start my day. Before marrying my husband I was very overweight, went to bed around 3am, slept about 4-5 hours a night, procrastinated with EVERYTHING, was highly stressed, and was basically just living with no organized structure.
But this routine actually makes me less stressed throughout the day, gives me a productive start and gives me more time in the evenings to chill out. I don’t do all of the skincare stuff, but I get up, wash my face, brush my teeth, eat a banana, do a morning stretch, head to the gym for an hour, take a hot shower, surf the web, make myself a nice coffee, pick out an outfit for myself, do a bible reading, and get to work until 4pm. Then I wash dishes, cook dinner, and my husband and I get to hang out for a couple of hours… This busy world was not built for naturally type B people, so we adjust to be more joyful! My mom used to always say to me, “early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.”

More important than all of that is the morning prayer and you talk to God about everything that happened to you in your day or that made you angry, and you cry while on a carpet and pray 2 rak’ahs. This is amazing. I hope from all the experience of this, there is a lot of psychological comfort, tranquility and inner peace, especially the morning prayer, Abadhar.
