    Thank you very much, I am a senior citizen and enjoying these videos very much. At first I could only do a few minutes of a session, but little by little my body says, do more, it is so helpful. This is a lovely simple and kind way to get the older body into a series of gentle movements that are so good, relaxing and very helpful. Many thanks.

    Thank you very much for the last few videos about Tai Chi and Qigong. It's very kind to help people in these times, so they're able to do some exercises at home! It's much appreciated! Please stay healthy, all together at your monastery, greetings from Germany 🙏

    It seems like such a simple series of movements, like you're not really doing much. But I feel loose, energized and ready to go after this warmup. I think I will try to use this kind of warmup for all sorts of exercise. Thank you so much, Brother Insight, for sharing all these practices. You are really a gift to the world!

    I'm so happy I found this channel, even your voice and smile is relaxing to me, I really enjoy the simple way you explain the exercises, I feel my chi is stronger after about six months practicing, even if sometimes I skip one or two days, but my mind, body and heart ask me to practice and energize. Thank you for your generosity teaching us. Blessings and regards from Italy

    Thank you so much for this video. I am over 65 and not particularly fit but I am determined to do better with exercise and health, I hope that one day I can at least do some fluid movements, I will practise a lot. I definitely felt much better and energised after doing these warm up exercises, which I'm sure I didn't do very well technically but I will keep trying and practising! Stay safe.

    Hi, thank you for your teachings. I have read online that Qigong, or any qi “exercise”, usually involves certain breathing and visualizing of the qi to help cultivate and move it around your body. Would you be able to expand on this please, is visualization necessary to cultivate qi? Thank you.

      @@QigongMeditation Hello, I like your exercises. I started with Qi gong to boost immunity. I found some guidelines from Shaolin Ba duan Jin, in some cases they are small differences, especially breathing or opposite movements. Especially in the 8th exercise, the advice while you go up, your hand behind you back (on kidneys area) push down. I am just confused, trying to avoid healthy problem if practice wrong :). Thank you a lot for your effort to show this Ba duan Jin! Do you provide any online classes or consultation? Radek

    • @QigongMeditation
      @QigongMeditation  4 роки тому +2

      Radek Januš dear Radek,
      Thank you for your comment and asking about my Qigong...
      About the 8 movement, when you use your 2 hand press and massage the lower back is good for your keyney and relax your back. The way i shared in that video means, when you push up your hands on the lower back and the same time, you raise up your toes and breathe in , and after that you push and press your hand down to massage your lower back, and the same time tu put down your toes , feet flat on the earth, and you breath out... A little bit longer to rest, and then repeat over, over again..
      This movement helps you to relax, and heal your back, and accupressure your toes.. If you do it right and relaxingly , you get great benifit, but if strugle too much , you donot get that great benifit....
      Keep practicing, one day you will understaanding your rhythm of your breath, and your body movement... Ralax more and rest more....

    • @QigongMeditation
      @QigongMeditation  4 роки тому +2

      Radek Januš i dont offer class online, but i will try to record more short video of qigong to offer to those who would like to pratice qigong every day to improve your health...

    🙏Greetings, my brother. I am new to Qi Gong to be really honest. I'm new to everything fitness wise. When I was 12, I kept collapsing on the basketball court whilst running, and I had to give up sports because I had a heart murmur, and heart problems were hereditary in my family I'm 50 a smoker but down to 4 a day instead of 25 I'm trying to give up.These warm ups are too hard for me as I've had my neck fused,a shoulder injury that won't heal I can't lift my hand above my head it's sore, the whole right side of my body is sore & sometimes i get pins and needles in my right toes and because I've had no treatment to my back it's now going to my left side of my lower back from a work accident😭I've tried everything to no avail I'm going to see a pain specialist again first one never helped at all
    Would you have an easier routine for someone like me who needs to strengthen every part of my body slowly? Physically, Im not fit at all.im suffering depression because of it all. I've lost 11kg in 4 months. i would appreciate any help💯
    Thank you in advance🙏🙏
