When I finally finished it with Dhalsim, I had my 3 hardest times against Chun Li, Vega, and Sagat. Chun Li and Vega are his worst nightmares. (Strength, agility, and speed.) And Sagat starts throwing out his 'tigers' insanely fast. The final solution against Sagat was anything but obvious. It was to stay close, duck the high tigers, and wait for him to throw a low tiger, and then VERY QUICKLY feet first corkscrew him. STRANGELY ENOUGH though, Bison wasn't as hard to beat as I thought he would be.
I made a lot of magic and strong kicking in this video, but against Sagat really getting close helps a lot because it loosens a lot of spells and uses the anti-air attack a lot.
