Excellent video. Even overloaded it looked solid. But definitely not advisable. Wireless remote a must! Also, I love that Kawasaki Green color & those upgraded aluminum Wheels.
I picked up my new 2023 LPT goose neck 20,000 lb dump trailer this week. This is a QUALITY built trailer that's made to last !!! I already own the 35' 212 goose neck Hyd dovetail and seeing how well there built and powder coated l would only buy Diamond C. The old saying, you get what you pay for.

Get a rubber mallet to pound the floor from underneath might get that sticking issue fixed.

Bad ass trailer!
I own 3 of your trailers 2 dumps and an LPX. Love them all. The scissor hoist work fine. They will dump more than the trailer can/should haul and still much faster than the telescopic. Telescopic might be mostly better for the manufacturering process. But IMO a little over sold. Kinda bummed the scissor hoist isn't an option anymore.
I do like them because they allow more capacity since they weight less...but I agree its very close
With the new pump the telescopic is right on same speed as scissor lift. 👍
Please do a review of the 24k triple axle lpt trailer with 44” walls sides and fully packed with dirt
We love to test to the limits but 37,000lbs may be a bit much 😁
Nice trailer! Dirt in general will weigh 2k per yard, that bucket looks to be a one yard bucket so 5 buckets is enough. That dirt looks wet and heavy so maybe 2.4k per yd. or 4 buckets per load. I like the dump cycle speed. You must have an exclusive with KTI on that pump. I have not ever seen it available to buy over the counter to upgrade existing trailers.

Anything over 26,000 a class A license is needed I believe
In texas its funny . 26,001pounds is the limit . So If you have 26,000 pounds you're ok barely
Love your trailers. But why did you feel the need to reengineer the tailgate latch? The simple D-ring and hook that PJ uses is SUPER simple and dual purpose.
Hey Timothy, Great question! We are constantly looking to improve and innovate as well as improve the customer experience. The new 3 way tail gate latch latches automatically, which is better than fighting chains and latches, this ultimately increases speed! Hope that helps. 😊
I have a question I already have a trailer and I bought it with the hydraulic jack and I asked if I could put wireless control on it if possible very good trailers thanks
That's not a common option on the jack, it's mainly dumps and hydraulic dovetails.
Does the tail gate open from the bottom also?
Yes! This is a 3 way gate! 😊 Meaning it opens butterfly, spreader, and you can unpin from the top to open like a truck tailgate!
Just curious but does that truck have a leveling kit or lift on it
It has a 2.5” level in front and a 1” taller block in the rear. 👍

@@jakeMTSU the way I understand it won't because I have a 4 button controller vs a two button and a valve to switch the hydraulic flow

Dang I was looking to see if I would see my new trailer 🫣🫣🫣. I honestly wish you guys would allow more add ons to the MDT and smaller trailers. I would of ordered mine with more ply tires 😕
You can upgrade to 12 and 14 ply, even if you have 15” wheels.
