Turmeric powder

Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Asafoetida

Shallots - 15
Tomato - 3
Dry chilli - 10
Small piece of tamarind
Garlic cloves - 10
Few coriander leaves
Salt
Gingelly oil - 2 tbl spoon
Mustard - ½ teaspoon
Urad dal - ½ teaspoon
