I worked on the century villages project in the 80s and this building method was used back then. Good idea for houses too. The weak spot is the 2x4 wood roof.
What with the wooden trusses for the roof why not steel as previously advertised on their web site.

Pre build slabs are solid but they tend to be very hot. My house in Jamaica was pre fab.
These have foam insulation in the concrete. Did yours have any insulation?
The master closet on the other end of the bathroom is a pretty bad design choice there. Kitchen layout already looks outdated. Would like to see what other blue prints are available. Also, no garage tour? Would be nice to see space for car(s)/cart and location of water heater.
Tankless water heater…So there isn’t a water heater.
Hi very impressive I would love to see homes that are 1000 ft.². I’m hoping that it’s in the horizon.
Was just there May 4 weekend. Tour the model the windows were plexiglass and one piece. In the bedrooms only one window was able to open no other rooms were. No impact windows, doors or garage door. Roof was wood trusses not the metal as company said. On another model the inner walls were sheetrock not like the first model that was slab. Was disappointed.
What is the square footage of the 2 car garage and do they offer 3 car garages? Also how big is the lot. Thank you in Advance

The vertical integration is the key here. The builder is the manufacturer/builder/developer.
In a master community like this it makes sense
The ready mix indurstry (ready mixer trucks and plants etc.), which have dominated Florida building industry for over 100 years, wil definitely be affected by the concrete prefab industry, and that it should, especially if it does save home owners $$$ in new home purchase, home insurance rates and can save lives concerning hurricanes, tornados, fires and etc.
Seems that the concrete prefab industry has less of a carbon foot-print impact on the environment compared to the ready mix concrete industry. Do you know just how much ultr low sulfur diesel fuel it takes to run a ready mixer truck, how much pollution just one truck spits out per hour and per day?? I know, because I operate one.

Phase 2 will have a 4/3. No CDD. HOA is 155 a month included high speed internet and cable. Use my contact info in description and give me your email and I will send you a floor plan.

Concrete walls with wooden roof. Disappointing that the roof is wooden.
