    I like how easy you make it to see which tool selections you make. The red mouse, the red rectangles etc. and you go slow enough that we usually get them without pausing the video. Thank you.

    I got so much out of this-I switched to GIMP from the expensive alternative and I have been struggling with the differences. The repetition in this video has really helped to solidify the learning! Also, Jan's accent and voice is positively soothing with a "no worries ... you CAN learn this!" quality to it.

    Another new method for me to use when creating things - 4:18 - I didn't know you could use that "invert" tool to do that, Jan. Thanks for yet another excellent tutorial :) .
