Enkele weken geleden heb ik het limoen theekopje in Gimp gemaakt met de Photoshop tutorial van "Ju Joy Design Bangla." Het is me gelukt maar toch ben ik blij met jouw specifieke Gimp uitleg. Het is toch telkens een beetje anders dan met Photoshop.
Fijn dat je credits geeft aan de originele ontwerper. Niet iedereen is zo fair dit te doen.
Je krijgt van mij een 👍

Another great tutorial and additional tips. Was wondering if you could possibly post a fantasy tutorial incorporating unicorn, mermaid and princess. My granddaughter loves these fantasy ideas and would love to do a Christmas picture in which I can include her photo. Seems like a big ask but would be eternally grateful. Keep up the great work and look forward to your Thursday tutorials, the highlight off my week 😊

. 😄 When you go to image and then to scale (or resize) image, you can change the size and/or the resolution of an image. When you go to layer and then to scale (or resize) layer, you can scale the layer, but the resolution stays the same. We have to keep in mind however that scaling always loses a bit of the quality... I am not sure if that is what you mean? Best, Jan.

Salam Nizar😄. The limits on scaling up or down are what you yourself find acceptable. Davies Media Design just uploaded a tutorial about scaling, that might be of interest to you: ua-cam.com/video/Qk3BP8vzPdY/v-deo.html In my own experience, scaling up looks usally very good when using the interpolation option linear, and then sharpen the image just a little bit by say 1,5 or so. Scaling down looks a little bit better with the option lo-halo and sharpen it even less, say 1.0. You can see the difference when zooming in very far and all this depends also on the image caracteristics. Hope this helps you.👌 Best, Jan.

Quizás con tus conocimientos podrías lograrlo.

Gracias Jan por tu respuesta. Esas fotos tienen aplicado uno o varios filtros o algunas correcciones en Photoshop. Lo se por que he hablado con el autor, pero no ha querido compartir su técnica conmigo. Y es lo que intento conseguir, dar el efecto que tienen esas fotos a algunas fotos mías, aplicándolo con GIMP. Creo que el efecto va por potenciar el contraste, aumentar la saturacion de algunos colores, y quizás un leve resalte de los bordes,,,, pero por desgracia, no lo consigo.
Hello Jacinto Guardado.😄 I have looked again. The images look indeed bright and with good contrast. But the effects are not overwhelming, so to speak. Maybe you can have a look here: ua-cam.com/video/ow6SVnAi3I8/v-deo.html and add a HDR effect. Or this one to apply a High Pass filter effect. Both techniques can definitly enhace your image.
