I humbly consider Laura Marling hands down one of the most relevant and complete artists in the genre today. She deserve all the attention and much more. God, she is so sweet.
Natalie So true aha! I like to think the interviewer must have been a moron when they were setting up or something so Laura Marling got her back live, ha!
She plays a note-perfect, spellbindingly soulful performance of Wild Fire with a band so good they sound like they’re backing Al Green, and three people clap about six times and the presenter asks, “you uh, live in LA?”
Serially love the band she has for this album the whole lot are incredible together. I wonder what the interviewer did to piss her off, though she isn't usually that tight lipped
I'm not sure what to think about this. I mean: I get what you're saying about Joni, but... I think it is the way it has to be. Laura's evolved with every album, from playing almost solo to having baking vocalists now. And... probably it will come a day when she gets to do something more like what you are expecting. But this band is awesome. They go along with her nicely. They are flawless. Everything sounds beautiful. ... aaand I wouldn't mind adding Pini to my band, if you know what I mean. - (?) :P

I hope not. She's never angled herself as a particularly spiteful person.
Reminds me of every other interview with her. Some people aren't big talkers. It's ok really. The music is enough contribution to the world.
Great songs, beautifully performed. That's Laura.

Cocopiola aw, no! The vocal harmonies gave me chills ❤️ she didn't need them but they were a welcome addition
U hear all the other sounds that aren't from her guitar. That's what the band adds. It's mad ain't it
l'héritière de Joan Baez
laura y joan son las dos buenas cantautoras
they should just shut up a little and let the musicians play
Yo that guitar is FILTHY. Fuck, put some wax on it brother.
