@@seemtobeasecretdont stir after sugar is dissolved is what I been hearing. Happened to me too, I've never succeeded in making toffee, always sugars or seperates.
As I see it’s a 2Yr old video, but I would love to know where did you ever get that spoon with a thermometer on it ? I have never seen such a fantastic spoon like that for baking . Thank you for sharing your recipe 👍🌟😀

Me too. Three times in a row. I've read about all the things that need to be done and I'm down to thinking it's the butter.@@seemtobeasecret
@@paullukens7154 add corn syrup. It helps the toffee from breaking apart. Find a recipe that use corn syrup. 😊
