A 'perfect taco' needs a fresh corn tortilla made on the spot, simply seasoned meat (carne asada, lengua or adobada) and cilantro/cebolla. Salsa is not authentic nor necessary.
Uuggg take her to meat markets, to have a pleasant smell and to see those rabbit rats :) it's super bad food quality, what's the point of showing an ilusion? Reality is that food is not respect nor treated properly here in Mexico. Smart people don't eat that tacos.
