We're back with a review on the ever present @nikefootball Vapor Grip 3s the best goalkeeper glove that Nike has had to offer in literal decades and one of the best sellers on the market for good reason!
The Nike VG3 has been the number one flagship glove for quite some time now, with models ranging all the way back to the early 2000's and while this new model does have some big differences in how the body is made up and feels on the hand the heart and body of the VG3 has continued on through the variations with the latest model improving on all the small problems found in the previous versions.

The VG3s I used to wear between 2009 and 2018 are some of the best gloves I have ever worn. The grip was fantastic, the VG3 cut one of the best around, the gloves fit nice and the strap held them in place well.
I've tried a pair of the newer style and the fit was awful, so so tight the webbing between my fingers would ache after prolonged use, and I hate the new style cut. This model in the video looks like Nike may have listened and at least gone a bit of a way back to the old cut, although it's still not quite the same.
you're definitely correct, on some of my other VG3 reviews i talk about the pain in between the fingers! this cut is still exceptionally tight but not near as bad as the others

They really are the best gloves in the market. I still have my 2018 world cup version, and it’s still a great glove

ive had these on my wish list and wanted a review on them and was shocked they were so durable for such a low price, also performance is amazing
There’s just something about these gloves I love, I’ve used grippier latex but not found the fit the best so haven’t utilised the grip. With these the fit is perfect for my hands and I even enjoy using these in the wet! You can grab these gloves in the sale most of the time. I haven’t paid more than £48 for a pair of vg3’s, even managed to grab a pair for £30
Where did you find them for 30 POUNDS ?
Every time when I trying buying new gloves,in the 80% of the gloves my wrist doesn’t fit into the glove.To finally my wrist fit I must wear a 2 size bigger glove than my normal size, which creates a huge empty space on the fingers.The same thing happend with VG3.Now I am stuck with some 10€ addidas gloves.Can I do something about that?Also keep up that good job!🔥

i like them i just got them, for the past 2 seasons i used preadtors with fingersave and then predator pros
but i like the vapors better becasue they actually fit and arent super tight

@@ARSGoalkeeping nah this cut gives a nice look to the glove and the roll to the back is useless I mean u won't catch a glove with the back hand the back hand mats is truer a d more padded top notch. Btw sub to me a I did a review on this glove but older colour way of orange and black which is my first vid please check and sub

The best gloves, too bad they've changed space above wrist strap - now its too loose for me. but comfort/feel/safety combination is still perfect
I kinda liked the extra long wrist version they had but it did find itself tearing a lot so I think that’s why they stopped doing it
@@ARSGoalkeeping but you did 100% right point - without that extra layer glove feels much tighter on hand. but another one great thing on old versions - full black design!
How do they fit usually fit? I wear a 7.5 on most of my gloves and I’m not sure what size I should get for these
They fit very tight for their size I would get a half size up or true to size

Yes! the promo latex is very very good!
Is it work buying glove as I have the sells ghost total contact and there a bit bigger than my usual size so the tearing in the finger tips isn’t bad but the palms are a bit ripped but still good and is it worth upgrading to one glove soon

the normal vg3s are just fine, if you can get the RS promos those are probably my fave and best but its not easily available outside of europe

Just bought the new vapor grip 3 (those you have in video) and I don't like the thumb area. I took 10.5 size, it feels kinda tight but I like it. The thumb has too much space there for me and I have to get used to them.
I wanted the Vapor Grip 3 but accidentally purchases the Grip3 and I have the same problem. With the other 4 fingers they are perfectly fit but the thumb has too much space
ive had mine for a week and for some reason the grip feels so average. i even prewashed them and there still not that grippy. should I wet them before I play or keep them dry?
The contact is grippy but it isn’t the stickiest on the market you’re best leaving the latex slightly damp

i bought this pair of gloves and straight out of the bag i couldn't even pick a ball up with one hand is this because they're not wet because i didn't pre wash or put any water on them or is it something else ?

@@PwrGK_ Yeha they did they’re honestly my fav glove had them for over a year and they’re still in a decent usable condition after using them twice a week and I’m catching stuff so easily would definitely recommend

This is the common VG3 found on all markets. The promo version was made for pros that weren’t allowed to have such a large brand on the gloves so the Nike check is smaller and the latex will be Nike promo latex even better than the latex used on the VG3 in this video

Looks the same, might be slightly different in the backhand mesh material, I remember the yellow and black model felt crazy tight

the annoying pinching still there in the "finger crotch area"? i had that problem with one of the older VG3 models and never went back to nike ngl.
It’s still there, feels a lot less pronounced

I bought the 2019 GK Grip 3 model (the VG3 takedown) and my god it's awful. I previously had the same glove around 2016 and the palm and cut was much much better. Hope the takedown now are better as well.
I never recommend the grip 3 Nike does not make them well and they break very easy !

My daughter is going to be playing D1 soccer next year and she is required to use Nike gloves. She has always used finger saves but I can’t find any Nike gloves with finger saves available. Can you get the vg3 with finger saves?

I really dont like the vg3 model, i always feel like its to flimsy and don't feel confident catching hard shots.
I get what your saying it’s cut is not one with a lot of structure to the body of the glove! If you want a glove that feels a lot thicker a roll cut will do the trick
