As a keeper my self I completely argee with what’s in your bag. I also like to use one pair of warm up gloves or the gloves I use at practice .and then I save my better gloves for the game.
I had been debating wrapping my hands and wrists in games, but seeing the difference here, I’m gonna need some tape 👌🏻 class as always rush💚

Im 13 now but the last game I played was when I was 12 and one important thing for me (especially for games in the morning) is Gatorade or an energising drink!!

I personally carry extra laces and plasters when I feel rubbing so I don't get blisters during a game

I had a tryout once and I was put in the ecnl 11v11 game. I had new gloves that didn't have straps and I had no tape. I have very floppy wrists so when an easy shot came and hit my hand, It went straight into the back of the net with only a deflection. I didn't get offered a spot on ecnl.

Great video, but do you ever take a second kit just incase... I always take 2 kits with me on the off chance the opposition have changed kits (Has happened to me before) All the best for the rest of the season
The thing I’ve been taking a lot to games recently has been vasoline or petroleum cream. Heard from another keeper that putting a dab on ur gloves before playing helps keep them sticky. I don’t actually know if it has an affect or not but the feeling of confidence knowing my gloves feel sticky helps me a lot
Be careful using this.. it COMPLETELY ruins the durability of your gloves even after one use!

Love the video, not a keeper but i can tell this will be extremely helpful for newer keepers! I must say, that banana is way too brown for me, needs to have a small green tint to it... ahaha
my essentials are 4 pairs of gloves, 1 for each half, 1 for training and one for warmup and because I live in Australia I absolutely need sunscreen

As a kid goalkeeper, I had my first hallway 3v3 with some other kids and i was goalkeeper. I made saves just like you and I actually bought gloves, next week we will rematch because it ended in tie 19-19., I didn't concede the 17 other goals, my friends did.

wrist tape is a must. I was playing one day and a ball hit the side of my wrist and broke it. I still worry to this day that I might brake it again if I don't wear wrist tape

Just started GK as my main position in the fall and ended up starting for my Varsity team and tape has saved me from coinciding some absolute rockets hit at me
I know this is a GK video but maybe mention that only GK's are allowed a cap on the pitch......Might be obvious to most but may not be to some (from other perspectives/positions)! Other then that another amazing vid Ois, much love!

I need this wrist tape. My wrists are getting sprained every three or two months. For some reason, it always occurs whenever I have an important game in few days. Hate it.

I want to be a goalkeeper and play soccer but I’m only the 4th grade and there isn’t a soccer team but middle school has a team so I can’t wait for middle and I always keep this so I know this
I bring some bandages because I charge alot with my hands to the ball, So if I get injured I can bandage my hand. Why tho? Because we don't have another gk, He got injured 2 months ago and he got injured for 7 months. Thats why I bring bandages.
