This is a testament to proper technique and tools. Even he is working on it and wishing he had better tools like a pcb holder. You are only as good as the tools you have. After that it’s all failure experience so that you look ahead of problems before you make mistakes.

Do you laugh, cry, or have a strong drink, when you see a board like that? Great repair and video! Thank you.

I really like how you call out the temperatures and flow rates on the hot air gun - that is very helpful. It would be nice if you did the same for your soldering iron temperatures. Also, what is that little USB voltage / current meter you use?

Hello, PS5 question: A ground short occurs in the two 13-pin capacitors on the DA9801 around the SSD. Even if the capacitors are removed, a ground short occurs.

hello. PS5 question. Does 5V generate when I press the power button on pins 12 to 15 of IC AF010X47? If 5V is not generated, which part is it?

Hello, I have a question about Nintendo Switch. on The Nintendo log appears, and after a while, an orange screen appears. I have one more question. I know that if I remove the Wi-Fi IC, Nintendo runs normally. However, if I remove Wi-Fi and turn it on for the product, the Nintendo log appears and an orange screen appears.

there are beginners then theirs THIS!!! This customer needs to get rid of all their soldering equipment immediately.... b4 they are tempted to do something like this again. Yes everybody needs to learn but seeing this tells us that this person will never be capable. For the sake of all the electronics this guy will put his hands on please please give your soldering equipment away immediately.

I still don't think it's a customer's fault. If someone believes in the right to repair, they shouldn't put down the customer trying; they should be annoyed it's not made easy enough for the customer to do it.

Its Nintendo. They probably think you should be glad the console is not blowing up when removing the backplate.

The system worked before they messed with it. The right to repair it would mean it was broken before hand. It’s 💯 the persons fault that risked the procedure with lack of skill/ tools. Thankfully they realized it before it was too far gone and found the right person to resurrect it.
If it was me I would’ve tossed it out and bought another thinking it was a goner. Goes to show you how resilient these things can be as long as the main chips are good.

@@robertb8636 you need practice to get good. If breaking nintendo switches is within your budget, doesnt matter. Its a waste for sure and could have learned in a more efficient way but let people do wtv they want as long as they produce results lol
