I was wondering....have you ever been able to get any of your money back from these bad hair companies? I just spent $787 with Ashimary hair and they burnt me and I ordered all small cap size wigs and they sent me 4 out of 5 of my wigs size med-large cap size and refused to take them back saying they don't take back custom orders. 3 of the 5 wigs I ordered were the wrong wigs altogether and they kept tellin me those were custom and non returnable. When I said just let me exchange them for the correct wigs instead of returning the whole order for a refund, they agreed but still sent me regular size wig cap. I just tried them all on and needed to sew them all and they are still waaaay to big and bulky for my head. Who regulates these people? I am still fighting this, I just want to know if others had this fight and what was the outcome. Thats what I get for not making sure I saw 1,000 reviews on them before I spent my money. Oh, and please send me info on who really does have the real deal. Thanks!
Oh wow! No way! So sorry. What was the payment process you used. And to be honest that was a lot of money to spend for first time especially if there are multiple wigs ☹️
