How can I stop frizz ? Any tips?!
Use a bit more product if your hair comes out frizzy
Make sure the hair is dry COMPLETELY before taking rods out-I wouldn’t recommend doing this the day before something important-unless you have a hooded dryer
Avoid separating too much since the hair with naturally get bigger
Make sure to oil your fingertips before taking the rods out
I also like to wrap the ends of my hair 2-3 times so it’s really bouncy when I take it out
Hey there, I'm looking to do these this weekend (and sit under the hood dryer for a minute) When I saw the Old Dominion shirt, this 757 native had to say hello. God bless ❣️✌🏽

There are quite a fewnwomen who say that the best and quickest way to get a good flexi or perm rod set is to blow your hair out first - it helps to cut down on drying time as well.
Yes but for us who are natural we dont want to frequently blow out our hair to preserve the curl pattern. Which is why we do it this way even though it takes much longer to air dry! I also sit under the dryer which is better than blowing it out.
@@bigvon1235 I'm also natural, have been for years now. It depends on what your own hair can tolerate. For me, I'm literally always on the go so I rarely have time to sit under a hooded dryer for 4+ hours only for it to still be damp in a few places, I'd rather do braids or twists. I should also add that my hair is thick, dense, and almost waist length. When I do have the time, I would definitely blow dry (with heat protectant) then apply the perm or flexi rods 🙂
@@bigvon1235 Agreed I haven't put heat to my hair yet because I want to keep the integrity of my curl. I'm gonna get the Revair blow dryer.
